2015 Ford Edge II Fuse Box Diagram

On the 2015 Edge, the first model year of the second-generation crossover, the main fuse and relay box sits in the engine bay on the driver's side, between the air-cleaner housing and the headlamp. Unclip its cover to reach this face. Ford asks for the battery to be disconnected before a high-current fuse is pulled, and for the cover to go back on before the battery is reconnected.

On Ford's drawing E190797 the positions run 1-55, with 86 added. The short M-case cartridges are 1, 5, 10, 16, 17 and 86; every blade is a Micro 2 or a Micro 3 dual body (11/12, 13/14, 25/26, 46/47, 54/55). The December 2014 manual puts the xenon ballasts on 18 (right) and 44 (left) and the all-wheel-drive power transfer unit fan on 37. Relay housings: 2 starter, 4 blower, 9 PCM, 15 run/start, 32, 38 and 39 cooling fans 1, 2 and 3, 33 A/C clutch, 40 horn, 42 fuel pump; 6 and 41 are empty.

The underside of the 2015 Edge's engine-bay box holds its heavy cartridges. Undo the two side latches, lift the inboard edge clear of the cradle, draw the box inward over the engine and tip the outboard edge up.

Plate E190798 numbers this face 56 to 85 plus 87. The long J-case cartridges are 59 and 60 (cooling fans 3 and 1, 40 A), 62 and 67 (the two body control module supplies, 50 A), 79 (blower, 40 A) and 87 (ABS pump, 60 A); 71 and 82 are empty J-case sockets. Everything else is an M-case cartridge. In the December 2014 table 66 is empty and 72 feeds the start-stop auxiliary transmission oil pump.

The cabin fuse panel of the 2015 Edge is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. Ford notes that the panel is easier to reach with the finish trim piece below the steering column removed.

The manual prints plate E145984 upright; this diagram turns it a quarter turn so 38 heads the left end and three rows run left to right. Single Micro 2 blades sit at 1 to 5, 16 and 23 to 37; eight Micro 3 dual bodies stand between them, odd number above even (7/6, 9/8, 11/10, 13/12, 15/14, 18/17, 20/19, 22/21). 38 is a 30 A circuit breaker for the rear windows. 2015-only rows: 20 active front steering logic, 18 the ignition switch and key inhibit solenoid, 37 at 15 A.
