2011 Ford Edge I Fuse Box Diagram

Ford replaced both fuse boxes for the 2011 facelift, and this is the new 49-position panel, printed on page 293 of the May 2010 owner's guide. It sits where the old one did, behind the trim panel on the left of the driver's footwell beside the parking brake: slide the release lever right, pull the trim out, then squeeze the tabs on either side of the cover and take it off. The plate is portrait with its top right corner cut away, so only the left column reaches the top. Column A holds 1-9, then a gap, then 10-18; column B 19-21 above 22-29; column C 30-32 above 33-37 and, after a gap, 38-39; column D the lone 40 beside the delayed accessory relay 49, then 41-45, a gap, and 46-47. The tall 30 A circuit breaker 48 tops column D and is not a fuse; this year's table gives it the power windows and the moon roof, and 47 is still a 15 A spare. Columns read top to bottom, left to right. All fuse positions take mini blades.

In the engine compartment beside the battery, under a cover; disconnect the battery before touching a high-current fuse and refit the cover before reconnecting it. The 2011 facelift brought this 98-cell box in place of the 72-cell one, drawn on page 296 of the May 2010 guide: a landscape housing notched in its left edge, cartridges filling the upper left in the rows 1-9, 16-24, 26-31 and 39-43 with the relay sockets to their right, and the lower half given over to mini fuses standing on end (45-51, 56-65, 67-72, 78-87, 89-93) around the relays 44, 55, 66 and 88, with the cartridge 94 at the bottom. Rows read left to right. The relay housings carry their plate numbers: 11 rear window defroster and heated mirror, 13 starter, 15 fuel pump, 34 blower motor, 36 rear seat, 37 right trailer tow stop/turn lamps, 44 rear washer, 52 stop lamps, 53 left trailer tow stop/turn lamps, 55 wiper, 66 PCM, 77 trailer tow park lamps, 88 run/start, 98 A/C clutch. Positions 10, 12, 14, 25, 32, 33, 35, 38 and 54 are empty relay sockets; 73-76 and 95-97 are diode sockets, of which 75 (the A/C clutch diode) is the only one filled on this V6-only year. The ABS valve fuse 43 is rated 30 A on the 2011 edition, and 56, 89, 96 and 97 are unused.
