Power distribution box, top side

Ford's August 2019 manual for the 2020 Edge places the power distribution box exactly where the facelift put it: engine compartment, driver's side, beside the air-cleaner box. Its top face carries the relay column, the M-case power-point cartridges and the micro fuses.

Nothing on this face differs from the 2019 table, so a 2020 Edge ST or Titanium has spares in 1, 18, 21, 24, 29, 34 and 44, headlamp levelling on 20 and the steering column lock relay feed on 48. The plate remains E190797; its cartridges are 1, 5, 10, 16, 17 and 86, and the rest are Micro 2 and Micro 3 blades. Relays: 2 starter, 4 blower, 9 PCM, 15 run/start, 32/38/39 fans, 33 A/C clutch, 40 horn, 41 low beam assumption, 42 fuel pump.

Power distribution box, underside

On a 2020 Edge the underside of the power distribution box is reached as Ford describes it for every year of this generation: undo both latches, raise the inboard edge from the cradle, draw the box towards the centre of the bay and tilt the outboard edge up.

The August 2019 table matches 2019: 58 fuel pump, 66 heated wiper park, 72 a 20 A spare, 83 a 20 A spare. Cooling fan 2 stays a 25 A M-case cartridge on 63 while fans 1 and 3 use the 40 A J-case bodies on 60 and 59. The starter solenoid is on 84, upright on the connector block.

Passenger compartment fuse panel

Look for the 2020 Edge's interior fuse panel low on the driver's side, to the left of the steering column; the finish trim below the column comes off to expose it.

Ford's August 2019 manual reprints the 2019 table unchanged: 2 wireless charger and memory seats, 5 audio amplifier, 10 keypad, liftgate logic and embedded modem, 15 data link connector power, 32 centre stack display and SYNC. Micro 3 duals carry 6 to 15 and 17 to 22 (odd number on top), Micro 2 singles the rest.
