2014 Ford Edge I Fuse Box Diagram

The last year of the first-generation Edge uses the fuse chapter of the March 2014 guide (page 267), which is line for line the 2013 one: nothing in this panel changed. All 47 numbered positions take mini blades, in four columns that each read top to bottom. The left column is the tall one, 1-9 above a gap and 10-18 below it. The second holds 19-21 and then 22-29; the third 30-32, 33-37 and, past a gap, 38-39. The fourth begins with the isolated 40 next to the delayed accessory relay 49, continues 41-45 and ends 46-47, with the 30 A circuit breaker 48 standing above it in the plate's cut-away corner; the breaker resets itself and is not a replaceable fuse. To reach any of it, slide the release lever on the driver's-footwell trim to the right, pull the trim out beside the parking brake, and press the tabs on both sides of the fuse panel cover.

Disconnect the battery before pulling a high-current fuse here, and refit the cover before reconnecting it; the box is in the engine compartment next to the battery, behind the air cleaner on the V6 and at the rear corner of the bay on the 2.0 L EcoBoost. The March 2014 guide reprints the 2013 fuse chapter unchanged, so this is the same 98-cell plate: a notch in the left edge of a landscape housing, the cartridge rows 1-9, 16-24, 26-31 and 39-43 in the upper left, the relay and diode sockets to their right, and mini fuses on end filling the lower half in the runs 45-51, 56-65, 67-72, 78-87 and 89-93, with the relays 44, 55, 66 and 88 among them and the cartridge 94 underneath. Every row is numbered left to right. What the numbered relay housings do: 13 starter, 88 run/start, 66 PCM, 15 fuel pump, 98 A/C clutch, 34 blower motor, 11 rear window defroster and heated mirror, 55 wiper, 44 rear washer, 52 stop lamps, 36 rear seat, 77 trailer tow park lamps, 37 and 53 the right and left trailer tow stop/turn lamps. Nine recesses (10, 12, 14, 25, 32, 33, 35, 38, 54) hold no relay, and the diode sockets are 73-76 and 95-97, with 75 the A/C clutch diode and 96 and 97 the 2.0 L canister purge and transmission warm-up diodes.
