2018 Audi A3 8V Fuse Box Diagram

Several circuits change seats for 2018, so a fuse found by number on an earlier A3 may not be the same one here. The left-hand body control module moves to F11 (F31 is dropped), the driver's belt tensioner to F13, the panorama roof to F23, the right-hand control module to F24, the interior lights to F27, the sound amplifier to F43 and the adaptive damper control to F52, while F30 becomes the diagnostic connector. The US edition of that year prints no ratings, so the moved positions are published without one.

The holder is the same fuse holder C, reached behind the AIRBAG-labelled cover in the steering-column area (pull from the lower right corner) or, on right-hand-drive cars, behind a cover in the glove box. Plate B8V-0217 places F1 and F2 on end at the top with relays R1 to R3 between them, the large F3 at the head of the rows F4 to F10 and F11 to F14, F15 to F21 and F22 beneath them, the large F23 before F24 to F28 with F29 over F30, the large F31, then F32 to F37 and F38 to F42 with F40 set low, and along the bottom F43 to F49, F50 with F52 and F51 under it, and F53 above relays R5 and R6 with R4 last. For the last model year of the pre-8Y A3 the holder gains two positions and moves one. F36 and F38 become the left and right front headlamps, and the automatic transmission feed sits on F13 until June 2018 and on F21 for cars built from July of that year — the workshop list dates the change, and both positions are published.

Nothing about the holder's position or geometry moves with it. It is fuse holder B on the left side of the engine compartment, its cover released by a catch and carrying the plastic fuse clip. The plate has six bolt-down links along the top; beneath them F14, F13 and relay R4 to the left and the cartridges F2 and F1 to the right; then relay R3, cartridges F12 and F11, relay R5. The three main columns are read downwards — F15 to F21, F31 to F38 and F3 to F10 from left to right, with relays R1, R2 and R8 to R10 among them — and the bottom row is F22 over F23, F24, relay R7 and relay R6.
