Instrument panel fuse box (driver's side)
Forty-nine positions in four groups: MINI fuses in the rows 1 to 6, 7 to 11 and 12 to 21 at the top, ATO fuses in the rows 22 to 31, 32 to 39 and 40 to 45 below them, and a last short MINI row, 46 to 49, along the bottom. Rows are read from the left.
The holder sits behind the cover at the driver's end of the facia; with the door open the cover levers out of its recess and pulls away, carrying the layout sticker, two spare fuses and the fuse pliers. Audi's plate for it is B8P-0238, printed unchanged in the model-year 2011 manual, whose tables repeat the 2010 ones position for position. Six sockets are unused — 7, 8, 21, 29, 30 and 35 — and neither the windows nor the seat motors appear anywhere in the list, being protected instead by self-resetting circuit breakers.

Engine compartment fuse box (30-fuse version)
Thirty positions in the electronics box on the left-hand side of the engine bay, next to the battery; press both catches the way their arrows point and the cover lifts off upwards.
Model year 2011 is the first for which Audi printed this box's own plate, B8P-1315, and the only fuse holder the US manual illustrates that year: the 3.2 V6 had left the range after 2009 and no 2011 US car took the 54-fuse variant. The assignment is otherwise the 2010 one. Reading the plate in rows from the left — F1 and F2 in the top left corner, F3 to F8, the pair of large fuses F25 and F26, the sideways F9 and F10, then F11 to F15; F16 and F17, F18 to F20 and F21 to F24 in the second band; F27 to F30 along the bottom with relay housing A1 among them and A2 in the corner. Positions 25 to 30 are MAXI blades, everything else ATO. Where a rating depends on the engine, the lowest is stored and the alternatives are named in the description.

Engine compartment fuse box (54-fuse version)
Fifty-four positions, arranged in three bands and read left to right: F1 to F5, the large F47 and F48, F6 to F8, relay R4 and F9 to F14 across the top; F15, the vertical stack F16 to F18, F19 to F21 and the block F22 to F26 over F33 to F37 at the right, then F27 to F29, relay R2, the stack F30 to F32 and the large F49 to F51; F38 to F40, relay R1, the large F52 to F54, F41 to F43, relay R3 and F44 to F46 along the bottom. The MAXI blades are 47 to 54; the others are ATO.
The holder is the E-box high, in the same place as the smaller box — the electronics box by the battery on the left of the engine compartment, under the same cover — and it belongs to the five- and six-cylinder cars: the 3.2 V6, the S3 and, from this year, the RS3. The 2011 US manual no longer prints its table, because the V6 had gone from that market; the assignment here is the one the 2010 edition printed and the VW/Audi workshop fuse list carries on to the end of production.
