2014 Hyundai i30 GD Fuse Box Diagram

On a 2014 car the panel sits in the same place — the driver-side end of the dashboard, under a clip-off cover just above the kick panel — but the chart behind that cover has changed part number to 91941-A6640. The visible difference is at the top left: the pocket that used to hold a 10 A spare is now the AFLS fuse for the adaptive headlamps, and the handbook table has grown from thirty-six rows to thirty-seven.

The arrangement of the housing itself did not move. Counting across, the block is seven sockets wide for its first five rows, five wide in the sixth and four in the seventh, all of them mini blades. Positions 1 to 33 carry exactly the assignments earlier cars had; AFLS takes 34 and pushes MODULE 7, FOG LAMP RR and PUDDLE LAMP down to 35, 36 and 37. Six numbered spare pockets and a single unlisted 10 A socket make up the rest of the forty-four cells.

A diesel 2014 i30 carries an extra fuse case in the engine compartment, immediately alongside the main box. It is small, holds no blade fuses at all, and exists to protect two high-current circuits: the glow plugs and the three-stage PTC heater that keeps the cabin warm while a modern diesel is still cold.

Its chart is still 91940-A6120. Four bolt-down elements occupy one row - PTC 3 and PTC 2 at 50 A, PTC 1 at 50 A, and the 80 A glow element at the right-hand end - and the three PTC heater relays are mounted below them. Because none of the four is numbered on the car, the numbering used here is the one the handbook table gives.
