Power distribution box (C-Max Hybrid and Energi)
C-Max Hybrid and C-Max Energi power distribution box: in the engine compartment on the driver's side; lift the release lever at the rear of the cover. Ford plate E162196 - not the European box. A pre-fuse box on its side and a second one on the 12 V battery at the rear hold dealer-only high-current fuses.
2013 table: F1-F4 are 50 A Midi fuses, F7-F18 cartridges, the rest mini fuses. Relays: R2 horn, R3 hybrid powertrain control, R4 front wiper, R6 wiper speed, R7 vacuum pump, R8 ignition, R10 vacuum pump sensor, R12 cooling fan, R13 blower, R14 engine control.

C-Max Hybrid/Energi luggage compartment fuse panel: behind the left rear wheel well trim in the cargo area; remove the panel cover. Housing per Ford plate E129927, numbered right to left.
Hybrid-only circuits: battery electronics control module 12 and 17, high-voltage battery fan 18; Energi-only: charger 14 and 26, charger fan 19. Relays: R1 rear run relay, R2 heated rear window, R3 fuel door (Energi), R6 rear wiper.

Engine compartment fuse box (European C-Max)
Battery junction box of the 2013 C-Max: left front of the engine bay beside the battery, under a clip-on lid. The positions follow Ford plate E129925 seen from above.
Ford's table for cars built from 22 April 2013 adds the 1.0L EcoBoost circuits: 11 feeds the Auto-Start-Stop voltage quality module, 15 the intercooler fan, 35 the intercooler relay coil (15 A diesel filter heater on TDCi). Earlier 2013 builds used the launch table.

Passenger compartment fuse box (European C-Max)
Under the glovebox of the 2013 C-Max and Grand C-Max: release the two clips of the trim cover, swing it down and pull it towards you to reach the body control module fuses (plate E129926).
From April 2013 builds the diagnostics/alarm fuse 73 is 7.5 A instead of 5 A; everything else matches the launch table.

Load compartment fuse box (European C-Max)
Luggage compartment, left side: remove the trim cover above the wheel arch to reach the rear fuse box of the 2013 C-Max (plate E129927).
From April 2013, Auto-Start-Stop cars feed the A/C module, cluster, display and audio unit from 12-15 so they survive engine restarts; 46 powers the driver assistance sensors on those cars.
