2012 Opel Zafira B Fuse Box Diagram

This is the Zafira B – sold on as the Zafira Family after the new Zafira Tourer arrived for 2012 – not the Tourer, whose boxes are laid out differently. Its engine-bay fuse box is at the front left next to the battery; a screwdriver pushed into the cover opening and tilted sideways releases the lid, which swings up and lifts off. Cars fitted with the Rear Electrical Centre (fuse box version B in the boot) use this assignment, printed unchanged in the June 2011 edition.

Orientation: harness lid top left, cartridges 1 2 3 top right. From there 4 hangs below on the right edge, the middle band holds 5 6 (left), 7 over 8, cartridge 9 and the small fuses 10 to 16, with K8 and cartridge 17 on the right. Along the bottom: 18, 19, the flat fuse 20, cartridge 21, then the six-wide block – 22 to 27 above, 28 to 33 below – and 34, 35, 36 at the lower level on the far right.

Zafira B / Zafira Family for 2012 without the Rear Electrical Centre (boot box version A): the engine-bay fuse box – front left, beside the battery, lid released by a screwdriver pushed into the opening and tilted to the side, then opened upwards and lifted off – carries the assignment below. A Zafira Tourer of the same year has neither this box nor this numbering.

The drawing is the shared housing: cartridges 1, 2, 3 top right and 4 beneath them; 5 and 6, 7 over 8, 9 and the row 10 to 16 through the middle; 17 on the right; 18, 19, 20, 21 along the bottom and the block 22–27 / 28–33 with 34 35 36 at the bottom right. Compared with the REC cars, position 17 serves either the diesel filter heater or the air-conditioning compressor, 31 the rear wiper, 36 the cigarette lighter, and three cartridge or fuse sockets (19, 25, 28) stay empty.

Zafira B / Zafira Family, not the Zafira Tourer: the B's Rear Electrical Centre is behind the left-hand luggage compartment trim (press the cover's locking tabs forward and lift it off), whereas the Tourer keeps a different box. Fuse box version B is fitted to cars above the base equipment; the June 2011 handbook edition lists its circuits unchanged from earlier years.

Numbering runs in two rows from left to right with the harness plugs above and below. Upper row: cartridge 1 · socket 2 · 3 4 5 6 7 · sockets 8 9 · 10 (flat) · cartridge 11 · 12 … 22. Lower row: cartridge 23 · 24 … 30 · socket 31 · 32 · 33 … 38 · 39 … 42 · sockets 43 44. Relays K1, K2, K3 line the top edge, K4 sits bottom right, and six spare-fuse pockets with the extractor are between the rows.
