2011 Opel Zafira B Fuse Box Diagram

The 2011 Zafira B keeps its main fuse box where every B has it: front left of the engine compartment beside the battery, covered by a lid that is released with a screwdriver pushed into the opening and tilted to the side, after which the lid opens upwards and comes off. Choose this table if there is a Rear Electrical Centre behind the left boot trim (fuse box version B); the January 2010 and June 2011 editions that bracket this model year print it unchanged.

With the harness cover top left, count the cartridges first: 1, 2, 3 top right, 4 on the right below them, 5 and 6 on the left, 9 in the centre, 17 on the right, 18, 19 and 21 along the bottom. The small fuses fill the gaps: 7 above 8 left of centre, 10–16 in one row across the middle, the flat 20 between 19 and 21, and 22–27 above 28–33 in the two-row block with 34, 35, 36 trailing to the right. Fourteen relay sockets K1–K14 sit between these groups.

If your 2011 Zafira B has no Rear Electrical Centre – behind the left boot trim there is only a short rail of eight capped fuses – the engine-compartment box uses this layout A. It is the same box at the front left of the engine bay by the battery; push a screwdriver into the cover opening, tilt it sideways, open the lid upwards and take it off.

Positions follow the housing: 1–3 top right, 4 right edge, 5–6 left, 7/8 stacked, 9 and 10–16 across the middle, 17 right, 18–21 along the bottom, 22–33 in two rows of six and 34–36 beside them. What changes against layout B is the wiring, not the sockets: 7 becomes central locking, 8 both washer pumps, 9 the heated rear window, 10 to 13 the diagnostic plug, instruments, telephone/display and interior light, and 19, 25 and 28 are left vacant.

The 2011 Zafira B's rear fuse box is on the left of the load compartment behind a trim cover held by two tabs – push them forward and remove the cover. Cars with the Rear Electrical Centre have this 44-position unit (version B); its circuits are identical in the January 2010 and June 2011 handbook editions, and the spare fuses and puller are kept here.

Count along the top row from the left: cartridge 1, then socket 2, small fuses 3 to 7, sockets 8 and 9, the sideways fuse 10, cartridge 11 (heated rear window) and the long run 12 to 22 ending at the right-hand plug. The bottom row starts again at the left with cartridge 23, runs 24 to 30, socket 31, 32 on its own, 33 to 38, 39 to 42 and ends with sockets 43 and 44. Only 1, 11 and 23 among the large sockets carry a cartridge.
