Main fuse box in the driver's footwell (SRB)

Look for the main fuse box (the SRB fuse and relay module) low in the driver's footwell on the left, under a plastic cover held by one quarter-turn fastener. The 2011 handbook edition (part 906 584 48 71) prints the same plate as 2010 but lowers the starter fuse 23 from 25 A to 20 A.

Positions 1 to 25 are the fuses on the right-hand end of the module, arranged as three upright columns that are numbered from the bottom up — 1–7, then 8–15, then 16–24 — with the single MAXI fuse 25 tucked under the first column. To the left of them are the relays R1 (horn) to R8 (terminal 15).

Fuse blocks F55/1 and F55/2 on the main fuse box

The two nine-fuse columns clipped to the outer end of the footwell module carry their own numbering: fuse block F55/1 is 1 to 9, fuse block F55/2 is 10 to 18. In the 2011 edition F55/1 protects the left door control unit, the diagnostics socket, the brake system and the headlamp washers.

Read each column downwards: 9 sits at the top of F55/1 and 1 at the bottom; 18 tops F55/2 and 10 closes it. Position 15 is still unassigned on a 2011 van.

Fuse box under the driver's seat

The second fuse box is fitted to the outboard face of the driver's seat base. Raise the seat fully, push both latching springs down and lift the cover away. A van built in late 2010 or 2011 carries the four-block layout: 36 fuses in blocks F55/3 to F55/6, and a row of relay sockets across the top.

Numbering runs left to right within each block and continues from block to block — 1–9 (F55/3) and 10–18 (F55/4) in the upper row, 19–27 (F55/5) and 28–36 (F55/6) in the lower row. This is the last model year without the F55/7 block.
