2015 BMW X5 F15 Fuse Box Diagram

On a 2015 X5 the front power distribution box hides behind the trim under the glove compartment, above the passenger's feet - three fasteners in the lower edge of that trim release it. The fuse card belongs to the rear box on the right side of the luggage compartment; the 2015 cards still print the pre-July-2016 values (62 at 30 A, 150 at 5 A). The X5 M (S63 V8) joined the range this model year, which is what the S63 entries on 33 and 41 refer to.

The card and this drawing share one orientation. Along the top: 18 to 35 in groups of six (18-23, 24-29, 30-35). Along the bottom: 42-47, 48-53 and 54-56. Seven ATO fuses stand down each side, 57-63 on the left and 64-70 on the right, and 36, 37, 38 (ATO) plus 39, 40, 41 (MINI) fill the gap between the relays.

Luggage compartment, right side, behind the trim panel with the small cover: that is where the 2015 X5 keeps its rear fuse box, its fuse puller and the laminated fuse card. The box is fixed on end against the wheel-arch wall. Cars built up to June 2016 - every 2015 model year car - have 150 at 5 A and the automatic tailgate on 107 and 130.

Layout as printed on the card (landscape): top row 100-104 then 105-111, a block of six (112-117) to the right of the centre relays, 118-120 and 121-123 lower left of centre, the long bottom row 124-135 followed by 136-142, three short columns on the left (143-148, 149-153 and 154-159) and seven ATO fuses 160-166 on the right edge. Every row reads left to right, every column top to bottom.

Fourteen fuses of the 2015 X5 are not in either power distribution box but on the body domain controller (BDC) mounted vertically on the A-pillar in the front passenger footwell, hidden by the side trim under the glove compartment. Reaching them means detaching the door-opening edge protection and unclipping that trim. Both power windows and both front door locks are protected here.

Numbering runs from right to left on the card's drawing of the module: the top row is 7 down to 1, the bottom row 14 down to 8. With the module upright in the car, 1-7 form one column and 8-14 the other. Positions 8 and 14 carry no fuse.
