Junction box behind the glove compartment

Fuse box location: behind the glove compartment on the passenger side. With the glove box open, push the damper strut forward off its lower peg, press the two latching tabs at the sides and lower the glove box completely; the junction box, with the fuse puller clipped on and the allocation card on the back of the cover, is behind it. A 2014-model X1 (built from July 2013, the second facelift year) carries the same 92-position card as every other E84 - the card also serves the 2015 cars, and nothing in the assignment changed for this model year.

The positions read like this: MINI blocks 1-5 over 6-10, 11-15 over 16-20 and 21-25 over 26-30 across the top; six ATO columns numbered from the bottom row upward (31 32 33, 34 35 36, 37 38 39, 40 41 42, 44 45 46, 47 48 49 - 43 is absent); the upright ATO 50 at the left edge; the flat MINI block 52-56 (left column, bottom to top) and 57-61 (right column); MINI 62-66 over 67-71; the bottom row 72-77 with the upright window fuses 78-80 beside it; ATO 81-83 / 84-86 and MAXI 87-89 / 90-92 at the bottom right, both numbered upwards column by column.
