Engine compartment fuse box (mini fuses)
Open the bonnet and the box is immediately to the left, against the battery, under a hinged plastic lid that unclips and comes away; the extractor tool lives inside. The July 2018 handbook — the last full-year edition of the Mokka X — prints the same thirty-six mini positions as 2017 and renames only 36, from front fog lamp to front fog light.
Positions are read from the label. Along the bottom stand the uprights 34, 35 and 36 with 31 and 32 to their right and 33 in the corner; the centre holds 1 on end, 15 and 16, the six-fuse block 21 to 26 and the column 28 to 30; the left wall holds 4, 5, 8, 12, 14, the upright 20 and 27; the right-hand side holds 6, 9, 11, 13, the pair 7 and 10 and the column 17 to 19. Eleven cartridge sockets sit among them under a separate numbering and are drawn empty on this diagram. The amperages come from General Motors' manuals for the same block.

Engine compartment fuse box (J-case fuses)
The large cartridge fuses of the engine compartment box — eleven of them, numbered 1 to 11 apart from the mini blades — are reached the same way as everything else in this box: unclip the lid beside the battery and lift it off.
For 2018 the only change in the cartridge table is a wording one, 3 becoming the linear power module that drives the heater blower. Positions are unchanged: 1 alone in the upper middle, the pair 2 and 3 across the top right, 4 and 5 to the right of centre, 6 and 7 against the left wall, 8 and 9 in the lower right, and 10 stacked over 11 at the bottom left. Mini fuses appear as empty sockets on this drawing. Ratings are GM's; 6, 7 and 10 are published without one because no manual in hand rates the Mokka's version of those circuits.

Instrument panel fuse box (mini fuses)
The interior fuse block of a 2018 Mokka X is reached from the glovebox on right-hand-drive cars (open it, unclip the cover, fold it down and pull it away) or from under the driver's side of the dashboard on left-hand-drive cars, behind the storage bin. The July 2018 handbook lists the same thirty-four mini positions as the 2017 edition.
They are drawn as the label lays them out: two long columns on the right, F10 to F19 nearest the centre of the block and F1 to F9 outboard with F9 at the very bottom of its column; two short columns at the top, F24 to F28 on the left and F20 to F23 with the breaker socket CB1 beneath them; the upright pair F29 and F30 on the far left; F31 to F34 stacked bottom left. The S/B cartridges, the spare pockets and the midi fuse M01 appear as empty sockets on this drawing.

Instrument panel fuse box (slow-blow fuses)
Eight cartridge fuses numbered 01 to 08 form the second series of the interior fuse block on a 2018 Mokka X. They sit behind the same panel as the mini fuses: glovebox cover on right-hand-drive cars, storage bin under the driver's side of the dash on left-hand-drive cars.
Their places are unchanged from the pre-facelift car — six at the bottom of the block in two rows of three, numbered from the right, and the pair 07 over 08 in the middle of the left-hand edge. The July 2018 edition repeats the 2017 assignment: power seat switches on 01 and 06, front and rear power windows on 03 and 04 at 30 A each, the logistic-mode relay on 05, and 02, 07 and 08 unused. Mini fuses, spare pockets and the midi fuse M01 are drawn as empty sockets.

Load compartment fuse box (mini fuses)
Behind the left-hand cover in the boot of a 2018 Mokka X is the facelift's rear fuse box — the housing with five relays across the top, a breaker socket in the middle and its fuses split between a flat column and a block of upright blades. The July 2018 handbook adds four circuits to it that the 2017 edition did not have: positions 4 to 7 feed the selective catalytic reduction system of the AdBlue diesels.
Numbering runs from the bottom up in the flat column, F1 lowest through F6 highest, and from right to left along the rows of the upright block: F7 to F10 in the bottom row, F11 to F14 above them, F15 to F17 in the top row. The five cartridges on the right belong to the SB series. No manufacturer or database publishes ratings for this box, so every position here is drawn as an unrated socket.

Load compartment fuse box (slow-blow fuses)
Five cartridge fuses, SB1 to SB5, form the second series of the Mokka X rear fuse box; the mini fuses beside them are numbered separately. Both are behind the same cover on the left-hand side of the load compartment.
They stand in the outermost column of the housing and are counted from the bottom: SB1, SB2, SB3, SB4, SB5. The July 2018 handbook keeps the 2017 assignment for them — the 400 W DC/DC transformer on SB1 and SB2, nothing on the other three — while the changes of that edition all fall on the mini series, where the AdBlue system took positions 4 to 7. As with the rest of this box, no manual or database in hand publishes amperages, so the two assigned cartridges are drawn as unrated sockets.
