Engine compartment fuse box (mini fuses)
Lift the bonnet and look to the left of the engine, behind the battery: the black box with the ribbed lid is the engine compartment fuse box. The cover unclips, hinges up and comes off in one piece, and a fuse extractor is clipped to its underside. Nothing changed for the 2013 cars — Opel was still shipping the June 2012 edition of the handbook.
The mini blades run 1 to 36 and are read from the label rather than in rows: 1 is the single upright blade by the extractor pocket, the left-hand wall carries 4, 5, 8, 12 and 14, the right-hand side carries 6, 9, 11, 13 with 7 and 10 stepped in front of them and 17 to 19 below, the centre holds 15, 16 and the block 21 to 30, and the bottom edge holds the upright pair 31 and 32 and the trio 34, 35, 36. Cartridge fuses 1 to 11 have a diagram of their own, so their sockets show as empty slots. Ratings come from GM's sister-market manuals; the Opel book lists circuits only.

Engine compartment fuse box (J-case fuses)
The eleven cartridge fuses live in the same engine compartment box as the mini blades, beside the battery on the left. They are the large flat plugs; the extractor in the lid grips them from the side. Opel gives them their own numbers, 1 to 11, which is why they have their own drawing.
Their positions: 1 alone below the fuse-puller pocket, the pair 2 and 3 across the top right, 4 and 5 in the right-hand middle band, 6 and 7 together against the left wall, 8 and 9 low on the right and 10 above 11 in the bottom left corner. Every mini socket in the housing is drawn empty here. Ratings are GM's — the Mokka's handbook gives circuits only — and the two cooling-fan cartridges 8 and 9 differ between the sister manuals, so the alternatives are named in their descriptions.

Instrument panel fuse box (mini fuses)
Sit in the driver's seat and look under the dashboard: the storage bin below the steering column pulls out (open it, then draw it towards you), and the interior fuse block is behind it. On right-hand-drive cars the same block is behind a flap inside the glovebox instead.
The mini fuses are the small blades, F1 to F34. Two long columns fill the right-hand half of the block — F10 down to F19 nearest the middle, F1 down to F9 outboard of them, with F1 level with F12. The top of the block holds F24 to F28 and F20 to F23 in short columns, the left edge holds F29 and F30 standing on end, and the bottom left holds F31 to F34. The eight cartridge fuses of the S/B series have their own numbering and their own diagram; their sockets, the spare-fuse pockets, CB1 and M01 are drawn empty here.

Instrument panel fuse box (slow-blow fuses)
Eight cartridge fuses of the slow-blow type sit in the interior fuse block alongside the mini blades, and because Opel numbers them 01 to 08 they are drawn separately. The block is behind the storage bin under the driver's side of the dash, or behind the glovebox cover in a right-hand-drive Mokka.
Their positions are easy to find: the bottom of the block carries two rows of three — S/B01, S/B02 and S/B03 upper (read right to left), S/B04, S/B05 and S/B06 lower — while S/B07 and S/B08 are the pair stacked to the left of the accessory relay. Only 03, 04 and 05 are assigned on this car, feeding the front windows, the rear windows and the logistic-mode relay at 30 A each; the rest are unpopulated. The mini positions in the same housing appear as empty sockets.

Load compartment fuse box (mini fuses)
Open the boot, lift the trim cover on the left-hand side and the load compartment fuse box is behind it. It looks after the options fitted at the back of the car: the lumbar supports, the audio amplifier, the trailer wiring, the all-wheel-drive controller, the heated steering wheel and the navigation dock.
Reading the plate, the eighteen mini blades run in three groups. The long central column is numbered from the bottom up, F1 lowest and F10 at the top. Below it, two short columns of four run downwards: F11, F12, F13, F14 on the right, F15, F16, F17, F18 on the left. The two tall relays occupy the left-hand edge. The nine slow-blow cartridges that fill the right-hand side of the box are numbered 01 to 09 and drawn separately, so their sockets are empty here.

Load compartment fuse box (slow-blow fuses)
Nine cartridge fuses share the load compartment box with its eighteen mini blades. Opel numbers them 01 to 09, so they are drawn on their own; the box is behind the cover on the left-hand side of the boot.
Position them by column: six cartridges fill the column immediately right of the mini fuses, numbered upwards so that S/B01 is at the bottom and S/B06 at the top, and three more sit in the short column at the right-hand edge, S/B07 lowest and S/B09 at the top. Their circuits are the heavy ones at the back of the car — the driver's and passenger's power seats, the trailer module, the voltage converter, the permanent battery feed and the headlight washer pump — and the three at the edge are unused. Ratings come from GM's manuals for the same box.
