2011 Mazda 6 GH Fuse Box Diagram

The facelifted Mazda6 keeps the fuse block where the earlier cars had it - under the bonnet, on the left, tucked beside the battery behind a clip-on lid. Mazda's warning about the MAIN fuse applies here: it is a bolt-down 125 A link and the handbook tells owners to leave that one to a dealer.

This drawing follows the October 2010 handbook (Form No. 8BG6-EA-10H, Edition 2), the first book printed for the facelift, and two sockets change with it. Positions 4 and 16 lose their assignments and are printed as bare dashes where the pre-facelift books rated them 25 A and 15 A, so they are drawn here as numbered but unpopulated. Positions 3 and 10 keep their 30 A and 60 A cartridges but are now listed under DSC alone. Everything else - the stepped blade group at the top left, the two cartridge columns, the bolt-down main link and the nine lighting fuses on the right - is unchanged.

The cabin block of the facelifted car has not moved: it is behind the sliding cover in the driver's kick panel, the first place Mazda tells you to look when something electrical stops working.

Three of its rows changed wording when the facelift handbook was printed. Position 5 is now listed against DSC rather than ABS, position 9 - the heated oxygen sensor feed - is finally described as an engine-control circuit instead of the mirror circuit the earlier books named by mistake, and the two upper spare pockets are now printed with the ratings of the spares they hold, 20 A at 16 and 10 A at 17. The geometry behind the cover is untouched: one wide cartridge at the top left and seventeen mini blades on end, numbered down each column from left to right.
