Glove compartment fuse box (front power distribution box)
Open the glove compartment, swing the cover on its rear wall downwards and the fuse box of the X2 is in front of you, on the passenger side behind the glove box; the fuse allocation card for the car sits behind that cover. The 2021 X2 keeps the layout introduced with the March 2020 production change (position 108 fitted with a 30 A fuse) and, on the xDrive25e, the plug-in hybrid fuses in 100, 113, 115 and 122-124; a 2021 card edition may list slightly different options than the card photographed for this page.
BMW numbers the carrier in blocks. Eight columns of flat fuses fill the main housing, each counting downwards: 37-42, 43-48, 49-54, 55-60, 61-66, 67-72, 73-78 and 79-84. Along the bottom edge stand the MAXI fuses 30 and 31, 32 and 33, 34 and 35, separated by the relays KL 15N, KL 30B (B) and KL 30B (A); 36 lies flat above the last relay. The blocks around the housing stand their fuses upright: 109-120 top left (MINI 114 to 109 from the left, ATO 115 to 120), 85-96 top right, 97-108 bottom left and 121-132 bottom right.

Body Domain Controller (BDC) fuses
The Body Domain Controller sits low on the passenger-side A-pillar in the front footwell, beneath the glove compartment and behind the side trim (on the left in right-hand-drive markets). It is the body computer of the car and BMW treats it as workshop territory, but its fuse block is reachable once the trim is off. The 2021 assignment is unchanged from 2018.
The fuses are MINI blades lying flat in two columns of seven: 1-7 run downwards on the left, 8-14 downwards on the right, F1 and F8 at the top of the block and F7 and F14 at the foot.
