2017 Volvo XC60 I Fuse Box Diagram

In 2017, the last model year of the first-generation XC60, the engine compartment box is unchanged in position: driver's side of the bay, close to the windshield, under a clip-on cover whose inside carries the fuse map.

The 2017 manual no longer lists a six-cylinder engine, so every dual entry now reads four- or five-cylinder. The cooling-fan link 43 is 60 A, or 80 A on some four-cylinder cars. As before, cars with Start/Stop run breakers 1, 3, 4, 5, blower fuse 11 and starter relay 34 from the cold zone instead of this box.

The last first-generation XC60s, the 2017 models, keep box A as the left-hand fuse box under the glove compartment, behind the fold-away trim and a latched cover.

The assignment is the 2016 one: cartridge 1 protects the infotainment system and blades 16-20, cartridge 2 the washers, 7 the cargo-area 12-volt socket, 8-11 the four door control panels and 23-27 the heated seats.

In 2017 box B is still the right-hand of the two boxes under the XC60's glove compartment, beside box A.

The 2017 table repeats 2016: fuel pump on 13, OBD socket and alarm on 16, satellite radio and amplifier on 17, airbags and occupant weight sensor on 18, brake lights on 22 and the immobilizer on 24.

In the final 2017 model year the XC60's rear fuse box is unchanged: left side of the cargo area, behind the upholstered side panel.

The six live positions are the electric parking brake pair, the rear window heater, the two trailer-socket feeds and the power tailgate, which stays at 20 A. The drawing reads column by column from the top left; the two upright cartridges sit below 9 and 10, with 12 on the left.

On a 2017 XC60 with Start/Stop, the cold zone at the rear of the engine compartment holds the heavy feeds for the glove-compartment and cargo-area boxes, the blower and the starter, plus the auxiliary battery circuit.

The upper block carries the MEGA links A1 and A2 (175 A, marked only) and bolt-down links 1 to 8; the lower block carries 9 to 11 and the 15 A blade 12 that feeds the central electrical module's auxiliary-battery sensing - drawn as a MINI, since its type is not given.
