2015 Volvo XC60 I Fuse Box Diagram

From 2015 the XC60 could have Volvo's Drive-E four-cylinder engines, and the engine box on the driver's side of the bay was re-assigned for them. It is still the lidded black box near the windshield; the cover decal lists the positions.

Position 42 now feeds the four-cylinder's electric coolant pump, cartridges 8 and 12 heat the two halves of the optional heated windshield, and several blades carry two ratings depending on engine - the lower one is shown, the other is in the description. On cars with Start/Stop, breakers 1, 3, 4 and 5, the blower cartridge 11 and the starter relay 34 stay empty because the cold zone takes them over.

The 2015 XC60's fuse box A - Volvo's 'general fuses' - is the left one of the pair under the glove compartment. Fold down the trim, press the lock and swing the cover up.

The washer feed moves from 15 to cartridge 2, 15 falls empty, and blades 13 and 14 add the optional power lumbar supports to the power seats. The all-wheel-drive module on 29 is fused at 15 A from this year, and blade 22 is described as the tunnel-console 12-volt sockets. The Rear Seat Entertainment fuse 20 is no longer listed.

On a 2015 XC60 box B - Volvo's 'control module fuses' - is the right-hand box beneath the glove compartment. On Start/Stop cars its main feed comes from link 2 in the engine compartment cold zone.

Blades read down three columns of eight. Blade 3 adds the power lumbar supports to the courtesy lighting, window switch and HomeLink circuit this year; the heated steering wheel and windshield stay on 9 and 10.

2015 XC60s keep their cargo-area fuse box behind the upholstery on the left side of the load compartment. The fuses here look after the electric parking brake, trailer wiring and power tailgate.

From this model year the power tailgate on blade 5 is fused at 20 A instead of 30 A; everything else matches the 2011-2014 box. On Start/Stop cars the box is fed through breaker 5 in the engine compartment cold zone rather than the main engine box.

All positions except 12 are bolt-down links for a workshop. A1 and A2 are 175 A MEGA links that the site cannot draw yet, so only their places are marked. Blade 12 is the one the owner may change; Volvo does not state its type, and it is drawn as a MINI.
