2011 Volvo XC60 I Fuse Box Diagram

Lift the hood of a 2011 XC60 and the fuse and relay centre is on the driver's side, at the rear of the bay under a clip-on black cover. For 2011 Volvo rebuilt the XC60's interior fusing, and this box was re-assigned with it.

The cooling fan moved from 44 to 43 and position 44 now feeds the electro-hydraulic power steering pump at 100 A; breaker 5 went up to 60 A and the headlight washers moved to cartridge 8. Numbering still runs from the upper deck A through the front face B to the lower deck C, the order shown here; 22 feeds the 5-cylinder turbo's vacuum pump.

From the 2011 model year the XC60 has two fuse boxes side by side under the passenger-side glove compartment. Fold the carpeted trim below the glovebox aside, press the cover lock and fold the cover up; box A is the left-hand, more compact one.

Box A holds three cartridge sockets at the left (only the 40 A audio breaker in 1 is fitted), MINI blades 4-6 below them and 7-15 in the next column, then three upright columns 16-20, 21-25 and 26-30. For 2011 the door-control fuses 8-11 and the seat fuses move here from the cargo area.

Box B is the wider, right-hand fuse box under the 2011 XC60's glove compartment - the one with the large connector block in the middle. It is reached the same way as box A, after folding the trim under the glovebox aside.

Twenty-four MINI blades sit in three columns of eight, each split into two groups of four: 1-8 at the left of the connector block, 9-16 and 17-24 to its right, numbered down each column. In 2011, 12 is the tailgate lock and 19 the adaptive cruise control radar.

For 2011 Volvo reduced the XC60's rear fusing to a single box, still behind the upholstery on the left-hand side of the cargo area. Pry the side trim off to reach it; the door-control and seat fuses moved to box A under the glove compartment.

Ten horizontal ATO positions and two cartridges are left, and only six are used: both electric parking brake motors, the heated rear window, the two trailer-socket feeds and the 30 A power tailgate. Blades 6 to 10 and cartridge 12 are empty.
