2015 Volvo S60 II Fuse Box Diagram

Model year 2015 introduced the Drive-E four-cylinder engines and, as an option on them, Start/Stop - so the S60's engine box now prints two ratings on many blades. It is still the black lidded box against the cowl, driver's side.

New: 50 A electric coolant pump on 42 (four-cylinder), per-engine ratings on 35-41 (the lower rating is drawn, both are in the text), and 22 is unused. On Start/Stop cars breakers 1, 3, 4, 5, blower 11 and the starter relay cartridge 34 are unused because the cold zone supplies those circuits.

Box A of the 2015 S60 is reached from the passenger footwell: fold down the trim under the glove compartment, press the lock and raise the cover of the left-hand holder.

For 2015 the washers move again, to cartridge 2 (25 A), leaving 15 empty; 17 feeds the amplifier and SiriusXM, 22 the 12-volt sockets in the tunnel console, and the all-wheel-drive module on 29 rises to 15 A.

Box B on the 2015 S60 carries the same control-module fuses as the 2014 facelift. Fold aside the trim below the glove compartment and raise the cover of the right-hand holder.

Nothing moves in 2015: fuel pump 20 A on 13, airbag system with the passenger weight sensor on 18, stop lamps on 22, moonroof 20 A on 23.

On a 2015 S60 the trunk box is behind the left-hand trunk lining. On Start/Stop cars its 60 A main feed comes from the cold zone in the engine bay instead of breaker 3 of the engine box.

The six fitted positions are unchanged: parking brake, heated rear window, trailer socket circuits 1 and 2, trunk 12-volt socket.

Four-cylinder Drive-E S60s ordered with Start/Stop (from 2015) have an extra fuse area in the engine compartment that Volvo calls the cold zone. It carries the main feeds that the engine box hands over on these cars, plus the Start/Stop auxiliary battery circuits.

Only blade 12 is for the owner; A1, A2 and links 1-11 are breakers and relays for a Volvo workshop. A1 and A2 are 175 A MEGA links; the diagram labels their places without drawing them.
