2010 Volvo S60 II Fuse Box Diagram

The first P3-generation S60 sedans were built in 2010, and they carry the handbook's first North American printing (May 2010), the same book as model year 2011. Unclip the lid of the black relay centre in the driver's-side rear corner of the engine bay, just ahead of the windshield cowl; the puller sits under the lid next to the position decal.

In this first printing the 80 A cooling fan is on 43 and the 100 A electro-hydraulic steering pump on 44, positions 37 and 40 are still unused, and cartridge 8 runs the headlight washers.

Under the S60's glove compartment, on the passenger's side, a trim panel folds down to expose two fuse holders; box A is the left-hand one and carries general-purpose fuses. Press the lock on its cover and swing it up.

In the first (2010) printing box A powers the door control panels, keyless drive and power seats, with the front seat heaters on 23 and 24, the rear ones on 26 and 27, and 15 A for the power-folding rear head restraints on 15.

Box B is the right-hand holder under the S60's glove compartment and carries the control-module fuses. The May 2010 printing draws it with the old two-row layout; the housing drawn here follows the later plate, which matches its 24-position table.

2010 assignments include the electric steering wheel lock on 15, the CD player and radio on 21, washers on 9 and 10, and the trunk release on 11.

The S60 sedan's rear fuse box is in the trunk, behind the side trim on the left. Pull the side lining back to reach it; the May 2010 printing used by early cars shows it with the same drawing as every later edition.

Ten ATO blades in three columns carry the electric parking brake (left and right motors), the heated rear window and the trunk 12-volt socket; the pair of cartridges in the lower right corner serve the optional trailer socket.
