Engine compartment fuse box
For 2009 Toyota rebuilt the owner's manual and with it the fuse pages: plate STN43AH033 numbers each box from 1, so this one runs 1 to 45 - blades 1 to 34, then the cartridges and links 35 to 45 - and the cab box no longer continues the count. The hardware did not change. It is beside the battery on the driver's side, its lid released by a tab, with the pull-out tool clipped inside for the blade fuses. Look for four blades alone at the top, spares at the top right, DEFOG and SUB BATT in the second row, ABS1, ABS2 and ST beside the middle block, and HTR, LH-J/B, ALT, the two A/PUMP elements and MAIN making up the link block at the lower left.

Instrument panel fuse box
Under the driver's side of the dash, best worked on lying in the footwell; the lid comes off to expose the fuses. The 2009 edition gives this carrier a sequence of its own, 1 to 26, in place of the 35-to-59 numbers the two previous books used for the same twenty-six positions. Nothing physical moved: two rows of full-size blades read from the left, POWER No.1 the cartridge in the upper row.
