2001 Toyota Tundra I Fuse Box Diagram

Under the hood on the driver's side, immediately beside the battery; the lid unclips and lifts off, with a puller and the spare fuses stowed in it. Toyota reissued the numbering for 2001 in OM34416U (L/O 0008), and V8 plate R80013 belongs to a sequence of 1 to 38 spanning every carrier on the truck: ST2 arrives as fuse 7, and the headlight fuses that the 2000 book split by equipment are merged into 10 and 11. As printed: cartridges heading both columns, seven blades down the left, ten down the right in the out-of-order run 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 10, 11, blank, 12, 13. EFI NO.1 is the 20 A part on this engine.

The 2001 book draws the 5VZ-FE engine box on its own plate, R80014: the same carrier beside the battery on the driver's side of the engine bay, opened by pushing the clips in and lifting the cover. ETCS and EFI NO.2 are hatched here because the V6 has no socket for them, as is the small relay at the bottom left, and EFI NO.1 is rated 15 A rather than the V8's 20 A. Positions were renumbered for this model year - ST2 takes 7, the headlight fuses merge into 10 and 11 - and the sequence carries on through the cab box and the towing holder before ending at 38, the alternator link back in here.

Reached from the driver's footwell: the cover over the kick-panel opening pulls off, just left of the steering column. Plate R80016 keeps the three-column arrangement of horizontal blades - 17 to 20, then 21 to 25, then 26 to 29, every column read downwards - with the top-left socket empty and the 30 A POWER cartridge above the right-hand column as 36. Each number is one lower than the 2000 book printed, because the engine box's renumbering removed a position ahead of them.

Trucks ordered with the factory towing kit carry an extra single-fuse holder alongside the engine compartment box, on the driver's side of the bay. Its cover flips up to expose one 30 A cartridge, FL, which protects the trailer lighting circuit. The 2001 renumbering, on holder plate R80015, calls it 37 - the last position before the alternator fusible link closes the sequence.
