2000 Toyota Tundra I Fuse Box Diagram

Toyota sets this box in the engine compartment on the driver's side, hard against the battery; unclip the lid and lift it clear, and the puller and the spare fuses come with it. Plate R80006 of the 2000 owner's manual (OM34413U) is the 2UZ-FE V8 drawing: four cartridges over seven blade rows in the left column, two cartridges over ten in the right, and the 120 A alternator link above the middle. The right column's numbers do not run in order - 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, then the headlight pair 9 and 10, an empty socket, 11 and 12. Type A parts are MINI blades, type B the low-profile cartridges, type C the fusible link. The count runs on into the cab box.

The 5VZ-FE plate for 2000, R80007, shares the housing next to the battery on the driver's side of the engine bay: press the two clips, lift the cover away, and the fuse puller comes off with it. Two sockets that the V8 drawing numbers 9 and 10 for the headlights carry the daytime-running-light high beams 16 and 17 here, and the plate hatches ETCS, EFI NO.2 and the small relay at the lower left, none of which the V6 uses. The arrangement is otherwise the truck's usual one - cartridges above blades in both columns, the alternator fusible link between the column heads - and the numbering carries on into the instrument panel box.

Left of the steering column, in the driver's kick panel: pull the trim cover off the opening and the block faces you. Three columns of horizontal MINI blades, read top to bottom and then column by column from the left - 18 to 21 in the first, whose top socket is empty, 22 to 26 in the second, 27 to 30 in the third, which has no top socket at all - with the 30 A PWR cartridge mounted above that third column as position 37. Plate R80003 of OM34413U prints it, and the numbers pick up from the engine compartment box instead of restarting at 1.

A one-fuse holder clipped beside the engine compartment box on the driver's side, fitted only to trucks that left the factory with the towing kit. Flip its little lid up and the 30 A FL cartridge for the trailer lights is the only thing inside. The 2000 manual gives the holder its own plate, R80008, and numbers its fuse 38 within the truck-wide sequence.
