2018 Seat León 5F Fuse Box Diagram

The holder is behind the fold-down cover at the driver's end of the dash panel, or in the glove box on right-hand-drive cars; take the cover off from its lower edge and the puller sits in a clip inside. This is the year the 5F's fuse numbers were shuffled: the 05.2017 handbook moved the left headlight feed from 31 to 11, the right headlight from 23 to 24, the sunroof onto 23, the interior lighting from 43 to 27 and the driving-mode selector from 13 to 52, and the 11.2017 edition put the SEAT Sound amplifier on 43.

The plate itself did not change. Its top row holds 1 on end at the far left, three relays and 2 on end at the far right. Under them the positions run in left-to-right rows: 3 beside 4 to 10 and 11 to 14; 15 to 21 beside 22; 23, then 24 to 28, then 29 over 30, then 31; 32 to 37 with 38, 39, 40 a step lower, 41 and 42; 43, 44, the tall 45 and 46 to 48; and finally 49, 50, 51 and 52 with 53 alone on the right-hand lobe over the two relays.

You will find this holder on the electronics box at the left-hand end of the engine compartment, under a cover held by two locking tabs. It protects the engine management, the ABS unit, the starter and the auxiliary heater elements. The 11.2017 handbook drops the old 40/20 A rating for position 1 and prints a single 25 A instead — the only change to this box for the 2018 model year.

Column by column the numbers rise from the bottom of the plate towards the top: the left column ends at 3 and starts at 10, the middle column ends at 31 and starts at 38, the right column ends at 15 and starts at 21. Everything else sits around them — the cartridge pair 1 and 2 at the bottom left, 11 and 12 in the middle, 14 low on the right and 24 at the top, the flat 13 beside 14, and 23 above 22 at the top right. Six bolt-down terminals run along the bottom edge; the handbook neither numbers nor rates them.
