2014 Seat León 5F Fuse Box Diagram

Open the driver's door and look at the outboard end of the dash panel: the cover there folds down and exposes the holder; on right-hand-drive cars it hides behind a lid in the glove box instead. SEAT dropped the rating tables from the 05.2013 and 10.2013 handbooks — the 10.2013 book is the first to cover the five-door, the SC and the new ST estate in one volume — so a 2014 car's values come from the workshop assignment list, checked against the launch table.

Numbering starts at the top left with the single fuse 1 and finishes at the bottom right with 53. Working down the plate there is a top band of seven short fuses (4 to 10) followed by four taller ones (11 to 14); a second band of seven (15 to 21) with 22 lying on its side beside them; a band of five (24 to 28) between the cartridges 23 and 31, with 29 and 30 flat between them; six short fuses 32 to 37 with 38, 39, 41 and 42 to their right and 40 one step lower; and a bottom band from the tilted cartridge 43 through 53. The wide cartridges 3, 23, 31, 43 and 50 are the high-current positions.

Fuse holder B sits on the electronics box on the left of the engine compartment, under a plastic lid that unclips when you press the tabs at its edge; the lid lifts straight out. From June 2013 SEAT reworked the engine-side assignment — the ABS feed on 21 was dropped and the 1.4 TGI's gas valves took positions 5 and 16 — and that is the layout a 2014 León is built to.

The numbering is not continuous: this holder carries 1 to 24 and then 31 to 38. The eight flat fuses in the left column are 10 at the top down to 3 at the bottom; the middle column runs 38 down to 31; the right-hand column 21 down to 15. Cartridges stand on end — 24 at the top beside the two large relays, 11 and 12 in the centre, 1 and 2 at the bottom left, 14 at the bottom right — and the flat 13 and the stacked pair 23 over 22 fill the remaining gaps. The six terminals along the bottom feed the alternator, the power steering and the two fuse holders themselves.
