2021 Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 Fuse Box Diagram

Two editions of the facelift supplement cover this year, 447 584 89 07 of July 2020 and 447 584 67 09 of April 2021, the latter published for the following model year. They differ in three rows, one of them in this box: F235 is a 10 A fuse in the older edition and a 15 A fuse in the newer one.

Reach the housing from the left-hand side of the engine bay, under a cover with two retaining clamps. Unhook them, fold the cover upward and off, and dry it before the sockets are open to the weather. The plate keeps its launch-year geometry. Top, left to right: the singles S10, S9 and S8, holder S2 counted 7 to 1, holder S1 counted 7 to 1, then S7, S6 and S5. Bottom, left to right: the MAXI S14, holder S4 counted 1 to 7, holder S3 the same, and the MAXI blades S13, S12 and S11. The loose fuses F239, F240A and F241 lie among the relay bases, which the facelift table letters J horn, K wipers continuous, L wipers on/off, M starter motor, N terminal 87 engine, R terminal 15 and S terminal 87C, with O, P, Q and T unassigned.

Fifty-one drawn positions, the widest holder on the van, sitting in the floor of the co-driver's footwell. Mat and floor covering come out first; then press the retaining clamp, lift the cover until it locks open and pull it forwards off the box.

Because a single drawing would be unreadable, the plate is cut in two between S11 and S1 along the top and between S4 and S5 along the bottom, and this is the left piece. Its upper edge holds S17, S16 and S15 (ATO singles), S14 and S13 (MAXI), S12, holder S2 with its positions running 7 to 1, and the MAXI S11. Its left edge is the S3 column, top socket 1 to bottom socket 7. Its centre is the relay carrier: the MINI columns F104-F108 and F97-F103, the ATO pair F109 above F110, and F96 standing beside relay E. Its lower edge holds S18, S19, S20, S21, S22, the MAXI S23, S24, S25 and holder S4 running 1 to 7. Under the April 2021 edition of the fuse-assignment supplement the relay letters read A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G reset and G SCRCM exhaust gas aftertreatment.

Two of the three rows on which the April 2021 edition of the supplement disagrees with the July 2020 one fall in this half: F23 goes back to unassigned, and the digital inside rear-view mirror moves to F33. The plate itself is drawn exactly as it was at launch.

Start at the top: holder S1, seven positions numbered 7 down to 1, then five singles, S10, S9, S8, S7 and S6. Finish at the bottom: holder S5, seven positions numbered 1 up to 7, then the MAXI blades S26, S27, S28 and S29. The relay carrier in between takes relays B, C and A plus the MINI fuses F89 to F95, the stacked pair F88 and F87, and F82 to F86. On the right-hand edge, two bolt-down 200 A links, F22 for the support battery over F21 for the PTC heater booster, are labelled rather than drawn as blades. Removing the cover is described on the left-half diagram. The facelift relay key is A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G reset and G SCRCM exhaust gas aftertreatment.

Fuse numbers F300 to F323, minus F313, in a box no bigger than a hand, behind the A-pillar trim of the co-driver's footwell. The cover folds outwards in the direction of its moulded arrow once the passenger door is open.

Top of the plate: holder S1, six positions counted 6 to 1; holder S2, likewise 6 to 1; then the single sockets S3, S4, S5 and S6. Centre of the plate: the MINI block the moulding calls S10, which the April 2021 fuse-assignment supplement lists as two holders, S8 for the column reading 3, 2, 1 downwards and S9 for the group above it reading 8, 7, 6 down its right-hand column with 5 to the left of 7. The cells around 5 are blank and the plate never prints a position 4. Bottom of the plate: relays B and C, both unassigned, in the corners, with relay A for terminal 15 above the block.

Open the tailgate, take out the vehicle tool kit and unclip the tool holder from the right-hand side trim: three fuses and one relay are behind it.

Because the two editions of the supplement designate them differently, the diagram uses the plate's own numbers, 1 to 3 read from the left. On a facelift van those positions are F110, F110/1 and F110/2 in the fuse table, and they supply the 12 V sockets in the second row (left and right) and the first row (left). Relay K127 switches the lot.
