2020 Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 Fuse Box Diagram

Mercedes' facelift supplement, part 447 584 89 07 of July 2020 and drawn up "as at 15.04.20", reassigns about thirty positions on housings that did not change. In this box that means new fuses for the OM654 and OM622 diesels at F209, F222, F223, F234 and F235, the LED headlamp fuse F221 raised from 30 to 40 A, relay N described as terminal 87 engine and relay S as terminal 87C. A Vito assembled before spring 2020 still follows the 2019 tables even if it was registered later.

The cover is on the left of the engine compartment: two retaining clamps, unhooked, let it fold up and off, and it is worth wiping dry first. F201 to F241 are laid out as before. Upper row from the left: S10, S9, S8, holder S2 (7 to 1), holder S1 (7 to 1), S7, S6, S5. Lower row from the left: MAXI S14, holder S4 (1 to 7), holder S3 (1 to 7), MAXI S13, S12, S11. F239, F240A and F241 sit between the relay bases; J is the horn, K the wipers on continuous, L the wipers on/off, M the starter motor and R terminal 15, while O, P, Q and T stay unassigned.

The facelift supplement of July 2020 renames two relays on this carrier: F becomes "terminal 30 G reset" and G becomes the SCRCM exhaust gas aftertreatment relay. It also adds SCRCM fuses at F40 and F41, puts the air-suspension control unit on F109 and leaves F107, the pre-facelift TV and traffic-camera supply, unassigned. The housing, the plate and the position numbers are untouched.

Access has not changed either: the box is under the co-driver's footwell covering, behind the floor mat, and its cover comes off after the retaining clamp is pressed, the cover raised to its locked position and then pulled forwards. This diagram is the left half of the plate. Top, left to right: S17, S16, S15, MAXI S14 and S13, S12, holder S2 numbered 7 to 1, MAXI S11. Left edge: the S3 column, 1 down to 7. Facelift year. Nothing in this half moves physically, but the July 2020 supplement changes what several of its sockets feed, moves the electric sliding door on F74 from the left of the van to the right, gives F28 to the rear-view camera and F23 to the digital rear-view mirror, and renames relays F and G elsewhere on the carrier to "terminal 30 G reset" and "SCRCM exhaust gas aftertreatment".

The plate itself is the launch drawing. Its top edge is holder S1, positions 7 to 1, then the singles S10, S9, S8, S7 and S6. Its bottom edge is holder S5, positions 1 to 7, then the MAXI blades S26, S27, S28 and S29. Between them sit relays B, C and A and the relay-carrier MINI fuses F89-F95, F88 over F87 and F82-F86. Two 200 A bolt-down links close the right-hand edge: F22 for the support battery and F21 for the PTC heater booster, both labelled and not drawn as blades. The cover over the box is lifted from the co-driver's footwell, as described on the left-half diagram. Relays A, B, C, D and E keep their pre-facelift names: terminal 15, rear window wiper, terminal 15 R2, rear window heating and terminal 15 R1.

The facelift supplement splits the plate's S10 block into two named holders, S8 for the lower column of three and S9 for the group of four above it, while the plate itself still prints S10 on both. The diagram keeps the plate's numbers, since that is what is moulded in front of the owner.

Physically nothing has moved. The box is behind the A-pillar trim cover in the co-driver's footwell; open the passenger door, fold the cover out along its arrow and remove it. Holders S1 and S2 lie across the top, each counted from 6 down to 1, with the singles S3, S4, S5 and S6 next to them. The MINI block in the middle has a lower column numbered 3, 2, 1 downwards (the facelift table's S8) and an upper group whose right-hand column is 8, 7, 6 downwards with 5 beside 7 (the facelift table's S9); the cells above and below 5 are blank and there is no position 4. Relay A is terminal 15, relays B and C are unassigned. The facelift also drops F300, moves the electric sliding door on F311 from the right side to the left, cuts F323 from 25 to 5 A and fixes the body-manufacturer terminals F319 and F320 at 15 A, where the earlier edition allowed 5 A on Westfalia conversions.

The facelift supplement of July 2020 renumbers this holder. The plate still prints 1, 2 and 3 from the left, but the fuse table now calls them F110, F110/1 and F110/2, and it reassigns which socket each one feeds: position 1 is the second row on the left, position 2 the second row on the right and position 3 the first row on the left.

The holder itself has not moved. It is behind the tool holder in the right-hand side trim of the rear compartment, reached by opening the tailgate, lifting the vehicle tool kit out of its stowage compartment and unclipping the tool holder from the trim. Relay K127 sits beside the three fuses.
