2019 Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 Fuse Box Diagram

This is the last model year on the pre-facelift allocation. Mercedes' facelift supplement arrives with the spring 2020 vans, though a V-Class of the same season may already carry it, so everything below matches the printing used since the model's launch.

The box lies on the left of the engine compartment behind a clamped cover: unhook its two clamps, fold the cover up and remove it, drying the housing first. Numbering is vehicle-wide, F201 to F241. Top row, from the left, come the singles S10, S9 and S8, holder S2 at 7 down to 1, holder S1 at 7 down to 1, and the singles S7, S6 and S5. Bottom row, from the left, come the MAXI S14, holder S4 at 1 up to 7, holder S3 at 1 up to 7, and the MAXI blades S13, S12 and S11. F239, F240A and F241 are loose singles beside the relays: J horn, K wipers continuous, L wipers on/off, M starter motor, N terminal 87 and R terminal 15, with O, P, Q, S and T unassigned.

Still the pre-facelift assignment: relay F is plain "terminal 30 G" and relay G the SCR delivery pump, both of which the facelift supplement renames a year later.

The holder is buried under the co-driver's footwell floor covering. Lift the mat, lift the covering, press the retaining clamp, raise the cover until it catches and pull it forwards off the box. Drawn in two halves, this is the left one; the cut falls after S11 on the top row and after S4 on the bottom row. Its top edge, from the left, is S17, S16, S15, the MAXI S14 and S13, S12, holder S2 with positions running 7 to 1, and the MAXI S11. Its left edge is the S3 column, 1 at the top and 7 at the bottom. Its middle is the relay carrier: the MINI columns F104-F108 and F97-F103, the pair F109 over F110, and F96 beside relay E. Its bottom edge, from the left, is S18, S19, S20, S21, S22, the MAXI S23, S24, S25 and holder S4 running 1 to 7. The other relays are A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating and E terminal 15 R1.

The last pre-facelift printing of this half. Relay G is still the SCR delivery pump and relay F still plain terminal 30 G; the facelift edition renames both from spring 2020.

Last of the pre-facelift years for this holder, which the facelift supplement will renumber a year later without moving a single socket.

The box hides behind the A-pillar trim in the co-driver's footwell: open the door, fold the cover out in the direction of the arrow and take it away. Along the top of the plate are holder S1 and holder S2, each numbered 6 down to 1, then the singles S3, S4, S5 and S6. In the middle, the plate labels a MINI block S10: its lower column reads 3, 2, 1 from the top and its upper group reads 8, 7, 6 down the right-hand column, with position 5 to the left of 7 and blanks above and below 5. There is no position 4. Relay A is terminal 15 and relays B and C, in the lower corners, are unassigned. Fuse numbers span F300 to F323, with no F313.

Right-hand side trim of the rear compartment, behind the tool holder: open the tailgate, take the vehicle tool kit out of its stowage compartment and unclip the holder from the trim.

Three vertical fuses stand there, numbered 1, 2 and 3 from the left on the plate, with relay K127 alongside. All three protect 12 V sockets. This is the last model year on the pre-facelift table, which designates them F352, F350 and F351; the facelift supplement renumbers the same three sockets from spring 2020.
