2018 Mercedes-Benz Vito W447 Fuse Box Diagram

Access first. Bonnet up, look left: the engine-bay fuse box has a cover held by a pair of retaining clamps. Unhook both, hinge the cover upward and take it off the box, wiping the lid dry beforehand, because the housing sits where washing water collects.

Inside, the plate divides F201 to F241 into holders. Along the top: S10, S9 and S8 as single positions, holder S2 numbered from 7 back to 1, holder S1 numbered from 7 back to 1, then S7, S6 and S5. Along the bottom: the MAXI S14, holder S4 numbered 1 forward to 7, holder S3 the same, and the MAXI blades S13, S12 and S11 at the right-hand end. Three singles, F239, F240A and F241, are placed among the relay bases. The relays are lettered J (horn), K (windscreen wipers, continuous wipe), L (windscreen wipers, on/off), M (starter motor), N (terminal 87) and R (terminal 15); O, P, Q, S and T are left blank on a 2018 van.

Relays first, because four of the van's seven sit on this half of the carrier: G, F, D and E. The manual gives A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G and G the SCR delivery pump, and the letters are moulded on the carrier itself.

The carrier belongs to the box beneath the co-driver's footwell covering; get to it by lifting the mat and covering, pressing the retaining clamp, raising the cover to its locked position and pulling it forwards. The left half shown here has, along its top, S17, S16 and S15, the MAXI S14 and S13, S12, holder S2 numbered backwards 7 to 1, and the MAXI S11. The S3 column at the far left is numbered downwards, 1 to 7. The carrier itself adds the MINI columns F104-F108 and F97-F103, the pair F109 over F110 and the single F96 next to relay E. Along the bottom: S18 to S22, the MAXI S23, S24, S25 and holder S4, numbered 1 to 7.

Holder S1 sets the pattern for this half: like S2 on the left-hand diagram, it counts backwards, 7 at the left to 1 at the right. After it along the top come the single positions S10, S9, S8, S7 and S6.

Below, holder S5 counts the other way, 1 to 7, and is followed by the MAXI blades S26, S27, S28 and S29. The relay carrier fills the space between the rows: relays B, C and A, the MINI column F89-F95, the pair F88 over F87, and the MINI column F82-F86. The right-hand edge is closed off by two 200 A bolt-down links, F22 supplying the support battery and F21 the PTC heater booster; they are labelled on the drawing and not treated as fuses. To open the box, work from the left half's instructions: the co-driver's floor mat and covering come up, the retaining clamp is pressed, and the cover lifts and slides forwards. Relays across the box: A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G, G SCR delivery pump.

With the co-driver's door open, the trim cover on the A-pillar folds out in the direction of the arrow and comes away, exposing the smallest of the van's three interior fuse holders.

Its positions are F300 to F323, F313 excepted. Two six-way holders, S1 and S2, run along the top, both numbered right to left from 6 to 1, and beyond them are the single positions S3, S4, S5 and S6. The middle of the plate is a MINI block printed as S10. Take it in two parts: the lower column is numbered 3, 2 and 1 downwards; the upper group is numbered 8, 7 and 6 downwards in its right-hand column, with position 5 alongside 7 and the cells above and below 5 left empty. The plate has no position 4. Relay A supplies terminal 15; relays B and C, in the lower left and lower right corners, are unassigned.

Three 12 V socket fuses and the relay K127, hidden behind the rear compartment's tool holder. With the tailgate raised, take the vehicle tool kit out of the stowage compartment in the right-hand side trim, then unclip the holder itself from the trim panel.

The plate's own numbers, 1 to 3 read left to right, are the ones drawn here. Under the pre-facelift fuse table those positions are F352, F350 and F351, covering the socket in the first row on the left and the two sockets in the second row.
