Forty-one positions live here, numbered F201 to F241 rather than by holder, because holder numbers repeat all over the van. Four of them, S11 to S14, take MAXI blades; the remainder are standard ATO.

Getting in: the housing is on the left of the engine bay under a clamped cover. Two clamps, unhooked and lifted, release it; hinge it up and off, and dry the lid beforehand so water does not fall on the contacts. The top row, left to right, is the singles S10, S9 and S8, then holder S2 (positions 7 down to 1), holder S1 (positions 7 down to 1) and the singles S7, S6 and S5. The bottom row, left to right, is the MAXI S14, holder S4 (positions 1 up to 7), holder S3 (positions 1 up to 7), then the MAXI blades S13, S12 and S11. F239, F240A and F241 sit apart among the relays J, K, L, M, N and R, which serve the horn, the wipers on continuous wipe, the wipers on/off, the starter motor, terminal 87 and terminal 15; O, P, Q, S and T are unassigned.

Under the co-driver's footwell floor covering. Roll back the mat and the covering, push the retaining clamp, swing the cover up until it locks and slide it forwards to remove it.

Mercedes draws this box on one wide plate, which is split in two here without renumbering anything; the left-hand piece is below. Along its top: three ATO singles S17, S16 and S15, two MAXI blades S14 and S13, the ATO single S12, holder S2 whose positions count 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 from the left, and the MAXI S11. The S3 column occupies the left edge and reads 1 at the top through 7 at the foot. Between them, the relay carrier holds the MINI column F104-F108, the MINI column F97-F103, the ATO pair F109 over F110 and the upright F96 beside relay E. Along the bottom: S18, S19, S20, S21 and S22, then the MAXI S23, then S24 and S25, then holder S4 counting 1 to 7. Relay letters across the whole box: A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G, G SCR delivery pump.

Right half of the footwell box, reached the same way as the left one (mat and covering up, clamp pressed, cover lifted to its stop and pulled forwards).

The upper edge begins with holder S1, whose seven positions are numbered from 7 at the left down to 1 at the right, and continues with five single sockets, S10, S9, S8, S7 and S6. The lower edge begins with holder S5, numbered 1 to 7 in the opposite direction, and ends with four MAXI blades, S26 to S29. The relay carrier between them holds relays B, C and A together with three groups of MINI fuses: F89 to F95, the pair F88 and F87, and F82 to F86. Bolted to the right edge are two 200 A links, F22 (support battery) over F21 (PTC heater booster), shown as labels rather than as fuses. The relay letters used throughout the van's manual are A terminal 15, B rear window wiper, C terminal 15 R2, D rear window heating, E terminal 15 R1, F terminal 30 G and G SCR delivery pump.

Numbering is the awkward part of this holder. Positions carry vehicle-wide F-numbers F300 to F323 with F313 absent, while the plate labels the groups S1, S2, S3 to S6 and S10.

Holders S1 and S2 run across the top, each counted 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 from the left, with the singles S3, S4, S5 and S6 after them. The MINI block in the centre is where the plate's own numbering has to be read carefully: its lower column is 3, 2, 1 from the top down, and its upper group has 8, 7, 6 down the right-hand side with 5 immediately left of 7 and nothing in the left-hand cells above or below it; there is no 4. Relay A, terminal 15, is drawn in the upper middle and the unassigned relays B and C in the lower corners. To get at all this, open the passenger door, fold the A-pillar trim cover out the way the arrow points and remove it.

The rear compartment holder is the van's smallest, with three positions and one relay, and the plate numbers the fuses 1, 2 and 3 from the left rather than by F-number, because the two editions of the supplement designate them differently. On a 2017 van the pre-facelift table applies: F352 at position 1, F350 at position 2 and F351 at position 3, all three feeding 12 V sockets, and K127 switching them.

Finding it: open the tailgate, remove the vehicle tool kit from its stowage compartment in the right-hand side trim, and unclip the tool holder that sits over the fuses.
