Left-side fuse block
For 2013, the last model year of the BL, Mazda finally corrected the heading over this plate: the October 2012 handbook, form 8CV6-EA-12H Edition 2, calls it "Fuse block (Left side)" where all three earlier books said passenger's side. The hardware is unmoved - the block is in the end panel of the dashboard on the left of the car, behind a cover that pops off once the front door is open, with the fuse puller stored over in the engine bay block.
The plate itself has not changed since 2010. Cartridge positions 1, 2 and 3 sit one above the other at the left edge; blades 4 to 21 fill six columns of three, each column read from the top down before moving right; and the two-row bank along the bottom holds 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 33 and 34 above 23, 25, 27, 29 and 31, the shorter lower row leaving the familiar step in the bottom-right corner of the housing. The 2013 table is identical to the 2012 one, so a reader with either of the two facelift books will find 33 BOSE 2 rated at 25 A and positions 1 and 7 printed bare.

Engine compartment fuse block (MZR engines)
The 2013 Mazda 3 keeps the engine compartment block against the left inner wing, forward of the battery and under a clip-on lid whose underside carries both the plate and the fuse puller. The October 2012 handbook (form 8CV6-EA-12H Edition 2) is the last BL edition, and like the 2012 book it prints two values for six positions because the same housing serves the SKYACTIV-G 2.0 and the MZR engines. What follows is the MZR reading - MZR 2.0, MZR 2.5 and the 2.3 DISI Turbo.
The layout has not changed in four model years. Top left is a blank nameplate; next to it the small blades 32, 33, 34, 35 sit over 36, 37, 38, 39. Three rows run across the middle, each starting with wide cartridges and ending in small blades, and each stepped fractionally to the right of its neighbour above: 1-2-3 with 4-8, 9-10-11 with 12-16, 19-20-21 with 22-25. Relay housings dominate the right-hand third, sharing it with cartridges 17, 18 and 26, blade 27, the trio 29-30-31 and the 80 A bolt-in steering link at 28. Only one row separates this table from the 2012 one, and it is on the SKYACTIV plate rather than this one.

Engine compartment fuse block (SKYACTIV-G 2.0)
This is the last BL model year's engine compartment block as a SKYACTIV-G 2.0 car is wired. The housing is where it always was, standing against the left-hand inner wing in front of the battery with its plate moulded into the clip-on lid, but the October 2012 handbook (form 8CV6-EA-12H Edition 2) again splits six rows between the SKYACTIV-G engine and the MZR family, so the 2.0 SKYACTIV gets its own reading of the plate.
Socket for socket the drawing matches the MZR one - nameplate top left, blades 32-35 over 36-39, three stepped rows pairing cartridges 1-2-3, 9-10-11 and 19-20-21 with blades 4-8, 12-16 and 22-25, and a relay-heavy right-hand side holding cartridges 17, 18, 26, blade 27, the short row 29-30-31 and the bolt-in 80 A steering link 28. The six footnoted rows read DCDC (no rating) at 1, HEATER 40 A at 9, EVVT 20 A at 10, PTC (no rating) at 17, ENG INJ2 15 A at 38 and EHPAS IG (no rating) at 39. Position 38 is the one row in which this book differs from the 2012 one: it was printed ENG INJ a year earlier and is ENG INJ2 here.
