2015 Kia Optima TF Fuse Box Diagram

In the final year of the third-generation Optima the interior fuse panel is unchanged from the 2014 facelift: low on the driver's side of the dash behind a hinged cover, with the fuse chart printed on the inside of that cover.

Forty-three fuses, numbered here in the column-by-column order both the label and the handbook use: two columns of seven starting at the top left, two shorter columns that start under the FUSE SWITCH, and two columns of nine down the right-hand side. Five positions read SPARE (10, 10, 10, 15 and 20 A); a spare protects nothing and is there to be borrowed when a fuse of the same rating blows.

The 2015 Optima closes the TF generation with the facelift assignment intact; on a 2.4 GDI car the box beside the battery carries chart 91955-2T730 on the inside of its lid.

Nothing moved after 2014: eight multi fuses in the high-current strip (two 60 A battery feeds, 80 A steering, 40 A ignition, blower, stability control and defroster), a cartridge column holding the oil pump inverter, both parking brake feeds and the 40 A EMS box feed, the eight small engine fuses in their row, and five more above the relay block. The numbering follows the chart's reading order and the name on the lid opens every description.

On the last turbocharged TF Optima the engine compartment box is the 2014 one - plate 91955-2T740 - reached by releasing the clips on the lid of the black box between the battery and the left-hand headlamp.

The turbo plate keeps the brake vacuum pump fuse, gives the cooling fan a 60 A multi fuse and a 40 A cartridge of its own, and moves the blower feed down into the cartridge column. Where a cell is drawn but nothing is fitted on this engine - the inverter position - it is shown as a numbered position without a rating rather than left off the picture. Everything else matches the 2.4 GDI chart position for position.
