Engine compartment fuse and relay box
Lift the lid of the black box beside the battery on the driver's side of the engine compartment and turn it over: the label glued inside (91213-26001) is the only fuse chart a 2002 Santa Fe came with, because the printed owner's manual still explained how to change a fuse without listing them.
Read the diagram like that label. Two columns of small mini fuses occupy the top left - fog lamps, headlights, engine control and horn circuits - with the four green, pink and blue cartridge links for the engine control relay, power windows and both fans standing in a column beside them. The 120 A alternator link spans the top right, the B+ and IGN 50 A links and the two 30 A ABS links form a square under it, and the blower link sits at the bottom of that group next to the little ST SIG fuse. Hyundai never numbered any of this, so our numbers follow the order of the 2004 owner's-manual table and every fuse carries its label name above it.

Inner panel fuse box
Driver's footwell, on the left wall beside the parking brake pedal: a rectangular cover in the lower dash that hinges out by hand. On a 2002 car the fuse legend is the label inside that cover (the owner's manual of that year prints none) and a spare-fuse rack with a puller sits along the panel's edge.
The panel reads right to left and bottom to top. Its rightmost column starts with F1 at the bottom and runs up through the audio, clock, cruise and headlight relay fuses to F7 with an unused socket above; the two short columns beside it hold F8-F12 and F13-F17 in the same upward order; F18 (the 30 A defogger relay feed) opens the full-height column that ends with F25 at the top; and F26-F31 stand at the left with the wiper fuse F31 uppermost, directly under the relay housing.
