2015 Ford Fusion II Fuse Box Diagram

Several circuits change seats for 2015: the horn moves from 48 to 50, the brake pedal switch and the alternator current sensor from 47 and 46 to 54 and 55, the mass air flow sensor from 49 to 29, and keep-alive power from 18 to 49, while 1 stops being the wiper feed and becomes the moonroof at 30 A. The May 2014 manual also lists position 86 in its table although the plate it prints does not yet draw it, so the diagram uses the later E190797 geometry, which does. Ford numbers this face 1 to 55 plus 86, and the underside from 56. It sits on the driver's side of the engine compartment under a clip-on cover that hooks into the two lid recesses at either end. M case cartridges: 1, 5, 10, 16, 17 and 86, drawn as short cartridges. The rest are Micro 2 and Micro 3 blades, the Micro 3 bodies numbered in pairs 11/12, 13/14, 25/26, 46/47 and 54/55. Relays: 2 starter, 4 blower motor, 6 not used, 9 powertrain control module, 15 run/start, 32 cooling fan 1, 33 A/C clutch, 38 cooling fan 2, 39 not used, 40 cooling fan 2 and 3 coils, 41 horn, 42 fuel pump coil.

A busy year underneath. The fuel pump feed moves off 56 and onto 58, the anti-lock braking pump leaves the 60 A socket at 82 for the new 87 that plate E190798 adds below 64, 71 takes the 50 A active front steering supply, 57 appears for the diesel fuel vaporiser and flex-fuel heater, and the wipers, transmission oil pump, rear heated seats, climate-controlled seat module and second moonroof feed settle on 75 and 80, 72, 73, 77 and 85. The May 2014 manual also re-types 59, 60 and 79 from M case to J case without changing the plate. This face is the underside of the engine-compartment box, reached by releasing the two side latches, raising the inboard edge out of the cradle, moving the box inboard and pivoting the outboard edge up. Positions run 56 to 85 plus 87; short cartridges are M case at 20 to 40 A, long ones J case at 50 and 60 A. Round bosses are mounting studs and the bottom blocks are the harness connectors.

Model year 2015 shuffles this panel more than the plate suggests: 24 comes down from 30 to 20 A, 6 becomes the heated seat relay coil, 10 picks up the power decklid module, 21 gains the blind spot monitor, rear view camera and adaptive cruise control, 36 the heated seats and all-wheel drive, and 37 the voltage stability module logic power, while 31 is the one year with no spare fuse in it at all. Where to look: under the instrument panel on the left of the steering column, behind the trim finisher below the wheel. Plate E145984 is printed upright with 38 at its top; here it lies on its side, 38 at the left, three rows reading left to right. Micro 2 blades hold 1-5, 16 and 23-37. The eight Micro 3 bodies are dual fuses, the odd element above the even one (7/6, 9/8, 11/10, 13/12, 15/14, 18/17, 20/19, 22/21), and 16 stands alone between 15 and 18. 38 is a 30 A position of a type the manual leaves unprinted.
