2014 Ford Fusion II Fuse Box Diagram

Plate E144783 and its assignment carry over untouched into the June 2013 manual, so the 2014 top face is the 2013 one: 1 the second wiper motor, 46 and 47 the alternator and brake pedal switch, 48 the horn, 49 the mass air flow sensor, 18 the powertrain keep-alive feed. The box is on the driver's side of the engine bay under a clip-on cover; the cover hooks into the two lid recesses that the plate draws at either end. Numbering runs 1 to 55 across this face and continues at 56 on the underside. Five positions take M case cartridges (1, 5, 10, 16, 17), drawn as short cartridge bodies. The rest are Micro 2 and Micro 3 blades, a Micro 3 being a single body with two numbered elements at 11/12, 13/14, 25/26, 46/47 and 54/55. Relays are labelled with their manual numbers: 2 starter, 4 blower motor, 9 powertrain control module, 15 run/start, 32 cooling fan 1, 33 A/C clutch, 38 cooling fan 2, 39 cooling fan 3, 40 fuel pump, 41 horn, with 6 and 42 empty.

Positions 56 to 85 on plate E144949, unchanged in the June 2013 manual: the fuel pump still fed from 56, the anti-lock braking pump from the 60 A J case in 82, wiper motor 1 from 83 and the auto start-stop transmission oil pump from 76. To reach any of them the box has to come out of its cradle - release the latch on each side, lift the inboard edge clear, slide the box towards the middle of the engine compartment and swing the outboard edge upwards, which turns this face towards you. Cartridge lengths tell the families apart: the short 20 to 40 A bodies are M case, the long 50 and 60 A ones J case. Note that 59, 60 and 79 are printed as M-type in the 2013 and 2014 editions and as J-type from 2015 on the same unchanged plate. Mounting studs show as round bosses; the blocks along the bottom edge are harness connectors.

The June 2013 owner's manual repeats the launch table here without a change, so a 2014 car has the same panel as a 2013 one: 1 the interior lighting, 2 the memory seats, lumbar support and power mirrors, 24 the central locking at 30 A. The holder is under the instrument panel to the left of the steering column, tucked behind the trim finisher below the steering wheel. Its plate, E145984, is drawn here on its side (Ford prints it upright with 38 at the top) so that the rows read left to right with the 30 A position 38, whose fuse type the manual never states, at the left-hand end. Everything else is a micro blade: the narrow Micro 2 at 1-5, 16 and 23-37, and the deeper Micro 3 bodies that pack two circuits each, upper element odd and lower element even, from 7 over 6 through to 22 over 21. The lone 16 sits between 15 and 18.
