2016 Ford F-150 XIII Fuse Box Diagram

Model year 2016 changes nothing in this box: the manual reprints the 2015 table, 21A and 21B still unused and drawn as labelled slots rather than numbered fuses. It is under a latched cover on the driver's side of the engine compartment, next to the battery. Plate E176315 numbers 116 positions, 87 of them fuse sockets. Rows read left to right and every block numbers upwards, so the lower row of a block carries the lower numbers. In the top half: 84-92 on end at the left; the M case block 54-61 and 71-74 with the relays 62-64 and 75-77 beside it; the staggered mini field 93-101 and 105-113 in the centre; and the relay groups 65-70, 78-83, 102-104 and 114-116. In the bottom half: the JCase cartridges 9-13 and 33-37; the minis 14-21B and 38-46; the M case block 22-29 and 47-50 with the sockets 30-32 and 51-53; and, in the corner, the cartridges 1-3 and 5-7 with relays 4 and 8. Its small blades are mini fuses, the manual's double-asterisk type.

One rating moves for 2016: position 37 goes from 15 to 20 A. Otherwise the body control module panel is the 2015 one, on plate E145984, which serves every model year of this generation. It is on the right-hand side of the passenger footwell behind the kick-panel trim - pull the trim towards you, swing it out, press the tabs at both sides of the cover and lift the cover away. Ford's plate is printed upright with the circuit breaker 38 across the top; here it is laid on its side with 38 at the left-hand end, which puts the rows in reading order left to right: 1-5 (a gap sits between 3 and 4), then 23-28, then the bank of Micro 3 dual fuses in nine columns, odd element above even (7/6, 9/8, 11/10, 13/12, 15/14, 18/17, 20/19, 22/21) with 16 alone between 15 and 18, then 29-37 along the bottom. Each Micro 3 is drawn as two halves, one per number, and 38 as a MAXI-bodied 30 A breaker.
