2012 Ford F-150 XII Fuse Box Diagram

Nothing in the cabin panel changes for 2012 - the second printing of that year's guide reprints the 2011 table, and what the model year did bring (the SVT Raptor's front camera washer and a heated mirror relay feed) is all in the engine-compartment box. The panel is plate E163102, a stepped housing reached from the passenger footwell: the kick-panel trim under the right-hand side of the instrument panel pulls towards you and swings out, and the fuse box cover behind it comes off when the tabs at both sides are pressed. Reading the plate, the narrow left-hand section holds 1-9 and then 10-18 with a gap between them. The wide section begins with 19-21 and 30-32 in two short columns, the tall 30 A circuit breaker 48 beside them and the delayed accessory relay 49 with position 40 underneath. Below that come the three long columns 22-29, 33-39 and 41-47, 27 standing alone in its row. All numbered positions are MINI fuses.

Two additions and nothing else for 2012: the SVT Raptor's front camera washer takes fuse 41 with its relay coil on 54 (the relay itself is in the Raptor's separate auxiliary box), and 32 gains the heated mirror relay power. The rest of the box reads as it did in 2011. It sits under a latched cover in the engine compartment; disconnect the battery before pulling a high-current fuse. Plate E166589 is a landscape housing with a notch in the lower left corner, and its five rows all read left to right: the relay row 1-9 with the tall 10 and 40 at the right-hand edge; cartridges 11-22 followed by relays 23, 24 and 25; MINI 26-31 beginning right of the notch, cartridges 32-36 under 18-22, relays 37, 38 and 39; MINI 41-46, cartridges 47-51, MINI 52-61 and relay 62; and along the bottom cartridges 63-74, MINI 75-84 and relay 85. What the relays do: 1 PCM relay on the 3.7, 5.0 and 6.2 L engines and 10 the same for the 3.5 L EcoBoost; 2 starter; 3 blower motor; 4 rear window defroster; 5 and 85 the electric fan at high and low speed with 40 the fan itself; 6 trailer tow park lamps; 7 run/start; 8 fuel pump; 9 trailer tow battery charger; 23 A/C clutch; 25 EcoBoost vacuum pump; 37 and 38 the left and right trailer tow stop/turn lamps; 39 trailer tow back-up lamps; 62 wiper motor. Socket 24 is empty.
