2011 Ford F-150 XII Fuse Box Diagram

Under the right-hand side of the instrument panel, behind the kick-panel trim: pull the trim panel toward you, swing it out and lift it off, then press the tabs on both sides of the fuse box cover and pull the cover off. Ford's 2011-2014 cover plate (drawing E163102): positions 1-9 and 10-18 down the narrow left-hand side, 19-21 and 30-32 at the top of the wide part with the 30 A circuit breaker (48) beside them, the delayed accessory relay (49) and position 40 below, then 22-29, 33-39 and 41-47 in three columns; 27 stands alone. All positions are MINI fuses. Relay 49: delayed accessory relay.

In the engine compartment, under a latched cover; disconnect the battery before changing a high-current fuse. Ford's cover plate (drawing E166589, the same on every 2009-2014 edition): relays 1-9 along the top with 10 and 40 at the right, cartridge fuses 11-22 in the second row, MINI fuses 26-31 and cartridges 32-36 in the third, MINI 41-46, cartridges 47-51 and MINI 52-61 in the fourth, cartridges 63-74 and MINI 75-84 along the bottom; every row numbered left to right. Relays: 1 PCM relay (3.7L, 5.0L and 6.2L); 2 starter relay; 3 blower motor relay; 4 rear window defroster relay; 5 electric fan relay (high speed); 6 trailer tow park lamp relay; 7 run/start relay; 8 fuel pump relay; 9 trailer tow battery charger relay; 10 PCM relay (3.5L EcoBoost); 23 A/C clutch relay; 24 not used; 25 vacuum pump relay (3.5L EcoBoost); 37 trailer tow left stop/turn relay; 38 trailer tow right stop/turn relay; 39 trailer tow back-up lamps relay; 40 electric fan relay; 62 wiper motor relay; 85 electric fan relay (low speed).
