2011 Ford F-150 XII Fuse Box Diagram

A completely new panel comes with the 2011 engine range (3.5 L EcoBoost, 3.7 L, 5.0 L and 6.2 L, six-speed only). Ford drawing E163102 is a different housing with a different assignment from position 1 onwards, so a 2010 fuse 1 is the moon roof and a 2011 fuse 1 the driver's window; a 2010 diagram will not serve this truck. It lives in the same place, under the right-hand side of the instrument panel behind the kick-panel trim: pull the trim towards you, swing it out, then press the tabs on both sides of the cover. The plate is stepped. Down the narrow left-hand part run 1-9 and, after a gap, 10-18. At the top of the wide part, 19-21 and 30-32 stand in two columns beside the tall 30 A circuit breaker 48, with the delayed accessory relay 49 and position 40 below them. Three columns follow: 22-29, 33-39 and 41-47, with 27 alone in its row. Every numbered position takes a MINI fuse; 48 is a resettable breaker rather than a blade.

The plate is the one Ford has printed since 2009, drawing E166589, but almost everything inside it is re-assigned for the new engine range. A run/start relay appears at 7 with its coil fuses on 31, 42 and 52-54; the 3.5 L EcoBoost gets its own PCM relay at 10 and a vacuum pump on 25 and 64; 33 feeds the 110 V inverter, 48 the moon roof, 49 and 62 the wipers, 56 the heated mirrors, 67 and 73 the trailer tow supplies and 71 the heated rear seats. Positions 60 and 61, diodes in 2009 and 2010, are now listed as not used. The box is in the engine compartment under a latched cover, and the battery should come off before any high-current fuse is disturbed. Its five rows are numbered left to right - relays 1-9 with 10 and 40 tall at the right edge, then cartridges 11-22 with relays 23-25, MINI 26-31 with cartridges 32-36 and relays 37-39, MINI 41-46 with cartridges 47-51, MINI 52-61 and relay 62, and finally cartridges 63-74, MINI 75-84 and relay 85. Relays: 1 PCM (3.7, 5.0 and 6.2 L), 2 starter, 3 blower motor, 4 rear window defroster, 5 electric fan high speed, 6 trailer tow park lamps, 7 run/start, 8 fuel pump, 9 trailer tow battery charger, 10 PCM (3.5 L EcoBoost), 23 A/C clutch, 25 vacuum pump, 37 and 38 trailer tow stop/turn, 39 trailer tow back-up lamps, 40 electric fan, 62 wiper motor, 85 electric fan low speed; 24 is empty.
