2010 Ford F-150 XII Fuse Box Diagram

The four spare positions of 2009 all find work for 2010: 11 becomes the GPS module, 14 the ambient lighting module, 37 the upfitter relay coils and 40 the rear heated seats module, following SYNC, Raptor and Platinum equipment onto the truck. The housing is untouched, and so is the way in: under the right-hand end of the instrument panel, behind the kick-panel trim, which pulls towards you and swings out; the cover behind it releases when the tabs on either side are pressed. The plate is the 2009-2010 portrait drawing. Positions 1-16 fill the left column; 17-19 and 29-31 head two short columns with the delayed accessory relay 48 beneath them; 20-26 and 32-38 continue those columns, 27 and 28 standing on end at the bottom of the middle one, 39 and 40 sitting under 38; the right-hand side carries the tall 30 A circuit breaker 47 above 41 and 42, with 43-46 on end down the edge. All positions are MINI fuses; the breaker resets itself and is not replaceable.

Model year 2010 fills this box out. An electric cooling fan arrives on fuses 12, 15 and 63 with the relays 5, 40 and 85 behind it; the SVT Raptor's upfitter switches take 18, 19, 28 and 44 with relays 7, 10, 24 and 62; the heated mirror feed moves from 59 to 41 and gains its own relay at 25; and 78 comes down from 25 to 15 A. The housing does not change - it is the same landscape plate E166589, notched at the lower left, that Ford printed every year from 2009 to 2014 - and neither does the access: a latched cover in the engine compartment, with the battery to be disconnected before a high-current fuse is touched. The five rows read left to right: relays 1-9 with the tall 10 and 40 at the right; cartridges 11-22 and relays 23-25; MINI 26-31, cartridges 32-36 and relays 37-39; MINI 41-46, cartridges 47-51, MINI 52-61 and relay 62; cartridges 63-74, MINI 75-84 and relay 85.
