2007 Ford F-150 XI Fuse Box Diagram

2007 straddles a running change. The first printing of that year's guide, dated May 2006, still puts the cigar lighter and diagnostic connector on mini 41 and the instrument panel power point on mini 39; the September 2006 and January 2007 printings move them to the 20 A cartridges 110 and 117, leave 39 and 41 as empty numbered sockets and add a 20 A spare at 115. This page follows the later printings, which the 2008 guide goes on to confirm; an early-build truck may still have fuses in 39 and 41. The box itself is unchanged: passenger footwell, right-hand end of the instrument panel, trim panel off and then the cover away by its PULL tab, refitted top edge first until the bottom clicks. Mini blades occupy 1-42, JCase cartridges 101-118, and 401 is a 30 A circuit breaker for the delayed accessory power to the power windows, moonroof and power sliding backlite. Relay sockets: R01 starter, R02 accessory delay, R03 high-beam headlamps, R04 heated backlite, R05 trailer tow battery charge, R06 blower motor, plus the half-ISO R201 trailer tow park lamps, R202 fog lamps and R203 PCM.

From the September 2006 printing onwards the socket in the top right corner of this box stops being a plain connector and takes D02, the One Touch Integrated Start diode; everything else is the housing Ford has fitted to DRL and 4x4 trucks since 2005. It is mounted on the left-hand fender of the engine compartment. The layout: D01, the A/C clutch diode, at the top left with the 5 A ATO fuse F03 under it, feeding the clockspring illumination; R202 (A/C clutch) and R201 (daytime running lamps) across the top; along the bottom the two full-ISO 4x4 motor relays R01 (counter-clockwise) and R02 (clockwise) with the half-ISO R03, which disables the high beams when the DRL function is active.

Mounted on the left-hand fender in the engine compartment, this smaller housing is what a 2007 truck without the DRL and 4x4 options carries. The late-2007 printings of the owner's guide add D02, the One Touch Integrated Start diode, at the right-hand end, which is the only change to the box that year; early-build trucks show a bare socket there. To its left, from the outside in: the 5 A ATO fuse F03 for the clockspring illumination, the A/C clutch diode D01 directly under it, the A/C clutch relay R202, and two connectors.
