Engine compartment fuse box (Power Distribution Center)
The 2014 Dart keeps its fuses in the same engine-bay Power Distribution Center: driver's side, behind the battery, beside the strut tower, under a lid that unlatches at its edges. This is the model year that made the 2.4 Tigershark standard on the GT and offered the Blacktop package, and its owner's manual (from now on written "Power Distribution Center", "ESC" and "Transmission Control Module" where the 2013 book said "Integrated Power Module", "ESP" and "DDCT") still relies on the numbers moulded into the inside of the lid rather than printing a plate.
Read the drawing the way the lid label reads when the lid is open, maxi fuses on the right. Outer maxi column from the top: F82, F04, F81, F02, F01; inner column: F06, F03, F07, F05; F83 sits below them beside relay T08. Down the left edge are relays T14, T05, T02 and T20; T07, T08 and T30 are the big housings in the middle; T19 and T09 stand at the right below F01; T17 and T10 are along the bottom, with the battery stud next to the F22, F11, F17 corner group. The mini fuses run in short columns: F24, F16, F87 and the upright F10 at the left, the block F86, F18 over F85, F30 next to T07, the column F84, F19, F09, F14 beside T08, and the three upright fuses F21, F15, F23 above the connector.

Interior fuse panel (under the instrument panel)
The interior fuse panel of the 2014 Dart is behind the lower edge of the dashboard on the driver's side, below the steering column; the manual simply says "on the driver's side under the instrument panel" and it is easiest reached from the footwell with a torch. The 2014 owner's manual is the first to spell the descriptions out (Steering Column Control Module, Run/Accessory Relay, Transmission Control Module #4) and the last to list F19 for the fuel filler door.
Positions follow Chrysler's service drawing turned to lie flat. Three rows of five mini fuses: the bottom row is F1 to F5 left to right, the middle row F18 to F22 and the top row F23 to F27. The ends line up, so F5, F22 and F27 sit together at one end and F1, F18 and F23 at the other.

Body control module fuses (BCM)
Behind the driver's side of the dashboard, not far from the interior fuse block, the 2014 Dart's body control module (BCM) carries its own row of fuses on its lower face: headlamps, fog lamps, window motors, door locks, washer pump, interior lighting. The 2014 owner's manual is the first edition to list them (as "Body Control Module (BCM) Fuses"); take off the lower left dash panel to reach them, and expect the module to be white with blue and grey connectors below the fuses.
Seen face on, the fuses stand in three columns. Left, ten pockets from top to bottom: F36, F32, F93, F92, F91, F90, F12, F13, F43, F53. Middle, six pockets beginning opposite F91: F33, F47, F48, F89, F34, F38. Right, six pockets in the same rows: F31, F49, F51, F37, F50, F42. Spare positions are F12, F31 and F42 (empty) and F48 (a 20 A fuse fitted).
