Junction box behind the glove compartment (up to 03.2007)
Behind the glove compartment: open the glove box, turn the two quick-release fasteners and take the cover off. Spare fuses and a plastic puller are clipped to the box and the fuse allocation card (part 9 144 488.1) is on the back of the cover. This is the first-series layout, positions 1-70, fitted to cars built up to 03.2007: three blocks of MINI fuses along the top (1-15 over 16-30), the ATO rows 31-49 in the middle, the 50 A-class MAXI fuses 50-55 and 65-70 at the lower right, and MINI 56-61 with the power-window fuses 62-64 along the bottom. The relay housings are the card's: wiper (K36/K37), heated rear window (K13), rear wiper (K91) on the left, terminal 30g (Kl. 30g), headlight washer (K6) and secondary air pump (K6304) on the right.
