Glove compartment fuse box, left half (fuses 1-15 and 35-52)

Behind the glove compartment lid: open the glove box, turn the two white quick-release latches at its sides outwards and lower the fuse panel. The BMW fuse allocation card (part 6 953 026.9) and a red fuse puller are clipped to the panel. This is the left part of the box as seen from the passenger seat, up to the fuse puller: the three 50 A MAXI fuses 35-37 with two horizontal MAXI sockets above them, the upper row of positions 1-15 and the lower row of positions 38-52; the four horizontal pockets between the rows hold spare fuses. Positions 1-4 are unused.

Glove compartment fuse box, right half (fuses 16-34 and 53-71)

The right part of the glove-compartment fuse box, beyond the red fuse puller: the upper row of positions 16-34 and the lower row of positions 53-71, with four spare-fuse pockets between the rows. Positions 16-21 are unused. Open the glove box, turn the two white latches outwards and lower the panel; the fuse allocation card clipped to it lists these positions on its right half.
